I have been waiting for my order since Nov, 30/2024 Keep getting the run around. I want my money back and can't get it!!!!

I used the Z-pac from my Emergency kit recently. I was very glad I had it and used it according to the enclosed instructions. When I tried to refill the Z-pack. however, a pharmacy tech says I must provide documentation from my doctor regarding consulting them before using the medications. A Doctor at TWC prescribed these medicines for me to use in case of an emergency (and to avoid having to go to a minor emergency center in the first place). Now they want documentation from my doctor for prescriptions they already filled for me to use, along with instructions on when to take the medications. No thanks. There is a high upfront charge to get this kit with the option of "Emergency Kit Replenishments for up to two years," but I guess they don't fulfill that promise on their website unless you jump through unnecessary hoops. I suppose refills don't make them as much money. There are other vendors for for these type of medications which I will be using in the future.

My annual membership was renewed without notice even though I had notified months ago NOT to renew. I find this practice and this company a very poor excuse, if you have to cheat to prolong unwanted association with unsuspecting people. Please check with BBB before falling prey to this mess.

Their email address is "first name, last name initial, @twc dot health" flood them! I placed a kit order. Buyers are "required" to fill out a health form so the order can be filled, essentially there is no order without the form. The form did not work, so 6 mins after placing order I cancelled it. They charged me $50 even though this is their fault due to their website. Everyone that has been ripped off, go to you CC co. & file a dispute, show them the complaints, etc. Tell the CC co. to stop allowing purchases from TWC. Get on social media and eviscerate them!

I ordered a kit and filled out the health quesionnaire. They claim they didn't receive it and I wasn't wanting to go through all it again for them "not to receive it." I asked for a refund, and they charged me $50 restocking fee even though they never sent it out.

The Wellness Company medical kit, is a complete rip off. They are way over charging you for the prescriptions. You can also request your own primary care dr. to subscribe them if they would. There are so many health issues that have to be evaluated before taking any antibiotics that taking them on your own could be dangerous for you. Not everyone will call their physicians to ask it they are ok to take. This is not helping the health industry at all. Buyer beware,

I had 2 medical kits in my "shopping cart", and before completing the process for the order, I decided I only wanted one kit. I had only put the 2 in my cart, not even completed the "intake form", nor had a clinical person spoken with me to confirm the medications were appropriate with my medical history. I other words, they were merely in "the cart" when I requested to cancel one of them. I was told by customer service I would be charged a 50$ restock fee!! RESTOCK! It isn't a material item, only digital. When I complained it was only in the cart, I was referred to their "cancellation policy" that states they are gonna rip you off anyway of 50$. This unethical or at least "rip off" business policy was so appalling to me I cancelled them both and requested again not to be charged the $50.00 fee. However, they are still gonna charge me 100$ for both to merely cancel something out of the shopping cart. I can't believe Dr. McCullough is associated with this company!! I was planning to access other services they offer but not now. Seems very nefarious the way they handled this simple order issue.

I ordered one of their emergency kits and when it arrived many items were missing. I contacted the company using their contact us email address. I sent them a list of what I received and what they said should be included in the kit. I received a response asking for a photo of the kit and its contents. I provided that and have not heard anything from them since even though I sent more emails requesting status of this issue. Really bad service.
