Not what I expected from my 3 month supply
Update: The Wellness Company has reached out, I can now book an appt for a fee they claim will be refunded when I do this and that. My credit card is full and I need 6 months to pay for the extra 69 capsules that I am left with. So that's where I am, I pay and expect a refund from company members that already contradicted each other. I also notice the topic of overselling product to a degree that I am currently left with 69 capsules is not being addressed. Apparently, after I pay, they want my assigned medical provider to explain it to me which he already said it's extra capsules, just in case, down the road..., how far down the road? I haven't been told. Nonetheless, overselling product to this degree is wrong, and so is this proposal requiring me to charge more money, on the prospect of a refund, just to get a couple answers.
I'd like to know if this is happening to other people, purchasing, in good faith, a 3 month 90 capsule supply to only be prescribed a 21 capsule treatment., and with no other instructions of any kind for further use... down the road? Am I the only one that thinks this is wrong?
I paid well over $500.00 for the Ivermectin/Mebendazole parasite treatment. It is sold as a 3 month supply, 90 capsules, which insinuates that people need this supply to adequately treat parasites. The truth is NO, instead, I am prescribed a 21 capsule/day treatment that is NOT to be repeated, leaving me with a whopping 69 capsule surplus. WHY? When I asked about this excessive surplus with a 6 month dispose by date, I was told "the extra is for, in case you get re-infected with another parasite down the road". Even if I did, I would still only need 21 capsules again, right? When people like me, at 120 lbs., don't need 90 capsules to treat, it's wrong not to offer them a smaller amount, like 45 capsules, they would still have enough to re-treat down the road, but of course, that would hurt profits, wouldn't it?. There's no justifying the unnecessary expense or the overselling of product, it's just plain wrong.
Also, I was told through email by customer support that I was entitled to a complimentary appointment with my assigned provider to get questions answered, for example, if needed, how long should I safely wait between treatments? But now, today, another customer service rep says she never heard of complimentary appts. Their customer service team members contradict each other. They only direct me to book an appt. at $74.99, to ask basic questions about the medication they sold me.
Sadly, I spent a lot of money for a lot of surplus capsules. And even if I did need more than 45 capsules, I could re-order and get fresh medication, down the road. I'm disappointed, I had much higher hopes for this company.

Terrible customer support. Product never came. Refuse to refund my money.
I ordered something from them. They sent me a shipping notice. The shipping company claims to have never received the product from TWC. I called and emailed TWC customer support and they were non-responsive and useless. They refused to refund my money, and I've never received my product. I recommend not doing business with TWC.health.

Scam Company

I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit.
I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit.
When I received it I noted that 6 of the medications sent are expiring in less than 1 year. One is expiring in 5 months!!!
I cannot return it per their policy.
I would recommend anyone not to buy this product.
What a waste of money!
I contacted the customer support as the reply requested. 2 weeks later.... no reply!!!
Response from The Wellness CompanyMay 13, 2025
Thank you for reaching out to The Wellness Company (TWC) regarding medication expiration dates. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to provide clarification about your recent order.
Regarding your question about medication expiration date, most medications, including antibiotics, typically maintain their effectiveness for 1-2 years when properly stored. Optimal storage conditions—generally in air-tight containers kept in cool, dry places—are essential for preserving medication quality, though specific requirements may vary by product. Your healthcare provider can offer personalized guidance for your particular medications.
For detailed information about the FDA's Shelf-Life Extension Program, I encourage you to reference the comprehensive Guidebook included with your kit, which addresses this topic specifically.
We would be delighted to delve deeper into this matter for you. Please contact our customer support team for assistance. We are always here to help and answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for your understanding.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!, I placed my order over a month ago I have called and none of my calls went through. I was always told that I would need to send an email to them then someone will get back to me, but since I’ve already sent several emails, and none of them have been answered yet I don’t believe them on this answer machine recorder that they use every time I call I get the same message. Send us an email. We’re too busy. We have too many people calling at this time. I don’t know what else to do but go back to my bank and ask my bank to give me my money back these people are deceptive, and in my opinion they don’t know what they’re doing. You would think that a company that gets on television and run national campaigns of marketing through media that they would at least have their act together enough to fill orders in a timely manner. Also have a customer support department that will respond to phone calls and emails which over the last month Mary one of those have been answered to Therefore I am canceling my order. I will go to my bank and ask for a full refund and notify my bank that these people are unscrupulous and their business practices.
