The Wellness CompanyReviews of twc.health

The Wellness Company is a team I highly trust. I have been following them as individuals since COVID because they have stood for truth and transparency. It is for that reason I have decided to try their products. So far, I have been very pleased. Everything about every product is made very clear on their website, including returns and cancellations. The support team is available and reliably helpful. The Wellness Company team are experts in their fields, and they truly mean for their customers to live a well and healthy life.

I asked about the Shield subscription and product details, and Valentina answered all of my questions promptly and very professionally. I have been battling cancer for the past few years, and am very confident this new product will perform for me as advertised.

TWC has saved me as well as my trip out of the country a few times. I tell everyone I know about the medical kits. I don't know why anyone would travel without one. Definitely a game changer.

Very thorough information. When contacted, staff were helpful, caring & responsive

I have been very happy with the products I purchased. The customer service was great today. Alexa did everything she could to rectify the issue I had called with. It all happened very quickly and efficiently. Grateful.

I’ve used this company several times. I’ve purchased a few supplements, a beef box, 2 medical kits as well as a couple refills for the medical kits. Everything has been above par. The one time I had a question, I used the contact email provided on their website and I received a response within a day or two. This is what happened: I ordered another refill for my medical kit. I filled out the forms and pressed the button to BUY. My card was charged and I waited. Almost 2 weeks went by but I didn’t get anything in the mail. I emailed them asking what was the holdup. A customer service rep named Valentina told me the order did not go through. I guess I was asking for too many refills! Valentina said my refund is on its way back to me but depending on my bank, it could take a little longer. I decided to leave this review because I see so many bad reviews about this company and I hugely disagree with them. I love this company! I 100% trust this company over all the other supplement brands out there. I believe Wellness is actually trying to do good by us, while most of the others are just trying to make money by selling us cheaply made products. I’m a big fan of the Wellness company. They never let me down.

I’ve been purchasing products from The Wellness Company for several years so I have a fair amount of experience with them. First of all, each product I tried exceeded my expectations which in turn made me want to try other ones. Most excellent was the Ultimate Spike Detox, super results. I just ordered their Emergency Medical Kit and can’t wait for it to arrive. There was a small miscommunication during the ordering process and once I contacted their support line, the issue was cleared within a few hours…I was very surprised and happy. Love this company, will definitely continue to order from them.

I completed a medical intake form for a medication that was not approved due to existing health issues. I appreciate that they were careful and honest about the unsuitability of the medication for me. I was issued a full refund. This happened in less than 48 hours. I can’t speak to the quality of the ingredients as I am not a pharmacist or chemist.
