I have been a TWC customer for more than 4 years and have enjoyed the numerous supplements, prescription medications, and the emergency kits! I don’t wait for days to see a doctor and be told, if you get worse, go to the Emergency Department. TWC for me has taken the worry out of getting help when I need it.

Though I couldn't afford to buy what I was looking for the communication was quick in getting back to me on product I had heard something about in listening to RAV. I look forward to trying the shield product. I know I've seen a lot of negative on the communications but they were quick in getting back to me on what I was looking for.

Today I signed up for the membership program with the wellness company. I have a subscription coming in a few days and I was wondering if the 15% discount was going to work given such short notice. I called customer service and they were excellent. They provided me all the information I needed and I was very impressed. They also told me that if it didn't work out to call them back and they would make it right. I was very satisfied with the service.
