Ordered an Emergency Medical kit and was charged. Never received it. Contacted company and was told that I was beyond their 30 day refund policy so refused to refund me. They have still not sent me the kit.

I purchased the product Restful Sleep from The Wellness Company fir $54.99 quite expensive for a Sleep aid product, buy when you struggle with a having a good night of uninterrupted Sleep you will sometime pay that higher price. But this product is not worth the investment At ALL!! Don't waste your money. Number 1 the pills smell absolutely horrible, and taste bad, but most importantly they don't work, that don't even make you relax, sleepy, drozy, just absolutely nothing do they do. There is no refunds once opened, so please please do not waste your money. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞!!!

Never received the product. When I emailed to receive a refund they told me there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. Disgusting company. Buyer beware.

BAD BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY!!! I am having a terrible time. I tried to cancel my order just a few hours after ordering. They don't respond, phone them the phone hangs up and they don't like to answer. They email me back and ask " are you sure you want to cancel because there is a $50. Cancelation fee. I argued that was unethical and they argued back that it was policy. I agreed to the $50. And, I still haven't seem a refund in my Paypal acct.and it's $500.00. That's a lot of money. I opened an investigation with Paypal... waiting to hear how that goes. DO NOT INTERACT WITH THEM... IT'S A RINKY DINK OUTFIT. YOU'LL BE SO SORRY!

STAY AWAY! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company will lie to you and tell you your product is being shipped and it is not. They take your money fast and deliver nothing. Don't even try to call because they do not pick up the phone and they want you to email customer support but they don't answer back. I am waiting for a refund and was told they are unable to process a refund because they are understaffed. UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

This “health/wellness company” is a sham and a scam. The front men who purport to be caring physicians should, in fact, be investigated by the FDA and FBI as frauds and their respective medical boards should sanction them or cancel their licensing to practice altogether. This Emergency Kit is contrary to every ethical precept in medicine and is directly antithetical to the oath to “first, do no harm”. They seem to completely disregard professional recommendations regarding antibiotic stewardship, choosing to supply a myriad of antibiotics to improper use by untrained lay people with no medical training or experience.
