Charged us for products we did not receive AND refused to refund the money unless we made a police report for postal theft and provide them the report. Unreasonable treatment, tons of emails, that they state, Have a nice day, Have a blessed day, as they ignore the issue just communicated to them. Awful company customer service with flaky or just plain stupid people. Actually, what I should have stated is, *****GO SCREW YOURSELVES***** for making us deal with your delivery and service problems !!!! We now have to deal with our credit card company. Beware, if you pay with cash or a bank draft. We certainly cannot recommend purchasing form this company, .....Have a blessed day.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My husband is very sick and we have scheduled a virtual consultation with a provider twice. Both times the appointment has been canceled. No explanation, except that they said that WE CANCELED IT!! We did not! Stay away!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not order from this company. I have ordered spike support with no problem. I was looking at the ivermectin and fenbenzadole for a family member with cancer. Even though it was $599.00 I was going to order it for them to try. In the ordering process I decided I needed to talk to the family member first because medication etc. were needed to complete the form. I tried to cancel. It states you can cancel using the confirmation email. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I reached out to support. In the mean time I see the charge on my credit card. Once support got back to me via email (all phone calls to customer service rang twice then the call was dropped) he said the order did not go through and I would not be charged to wait 10-15 for the charge to be refunded. It never was refunded. Reached out to them again via email. They tell me if I want to cancel at this point they will charge me $50.00. I sent them the email saying the order never went through and I would NOT be charged. Finally a month later I get through on the phone line but they said ONLY Virtual support can fix this and they can not contact them. I have to email them to resolve this. I am out over $500.00 and I feel like I have been scammed. I will be reaching out to the BBB asap.

The company has not delivered my order from June 20 yet. Today is July 13. Originally they said I would receive my order on June 26 or 27. I have asked twice for a refund and they will not do it. They told me to call the 3rd party delivery company for an estimated delivery time. Company support really stinks. The bottom line is this company stinks and you should look elsewhere for health supplements. I think these supplements come from China and the doctors only lend their name for this unknown manufacturer for mega dollars.

After receiving multiple emails regarding the availability of an "Emergency" kit, for $255.00. We had previously purchased the Ivermectin/mebendazole product, which required a very lengthy series of health questions to be answered. After a few weeks, the order arrived and we ordered 2 other items. All went well with these 3 orders. So we decided to invest in the Emergency Kit and placed an order on June 14. After 3 weeks, the kit had not been shipped. I contacted the Wellness customer service department by email and received a reply stating that we needed to fill out all the medical forms AGAIN. I replied that if that was really necessary, and they couldn't use/locate the forms that we previously completed, I wanted to cancel the order. After several more back and forth communications, including a lengthy char and phone call, we were told that if we cancelled the order, we would be charged a $57.00 cancellation fee.This is such BS. I will never do business with this company and will let anyone and everyone know what a scam outfit they are. I am also notifying my credit card company to reverse the charges. Two of the spokespeople for this company: Dr. Drew and Dr. McCullough must be ignorant of the shady business practices of this company, or they surely wouldn't have anything to do with them. VERY disappointed, frustrated, and angry.

I bought two products that came with very little information on usage. I tried emailing and calling the company- the first email said I had to pay for a consultation to get my question answered. The second one said this: "We do not support or recommend (that product) at this time. It is sold as a supplement and I cannot legally advise use of it"- that is copied and pasted from the email. When I finally got a rep on the phone, I requested a refund on the order I'd received the 9 days before, but the rep said their policy is "NO REFUNDS". I told him that since they do not "support or recommend" their own products to be used, that it's unethical and probably illegal to do so without the possibility of a refund...no change. If that isn't a company pulling a scam, I don't know what is. If you go to the Dr Drew website, there is a link there to this site, so I now have my doubts about him, too.

Foreign call center with people that don't know a thing about the products and can barely speak English. Unacceptable for health supplements! I asked if product is safe to ship to AZ in the extreme heat and I was told I needed to pay/have a doctor appt to get an answer. I do not trust this company as they clearly don't care about the customer, they are just out to make a buck!

I Order a prescription spoke with a Dr. on May 21 paid $540 was not told this product was on back order, I've emailed them many times have been referred to a "higher up department twice", NO CALL BACKS, I've called, I've been hung up on! Nothing No will tell me when I will get my product!! The worst!! I will never buy from them again!! I was told they are trying to get better at being transparent, really? Just tell me when I can expect my product that I purchased that's all I need. Seriously, They can take your money but don't have to produce a product?
