The Wellness Company (Twc.health) is a scam! They send me a defective case of pills. I don’t trust these people at all. They would not even talk to me about a refund or trading for a new case. The case I got was probably a previous return from another customer. Maybe they just hate veterans.
BEWARE!

What a joke
What a joke. Never sent me my order, when someone finally contacted me and I asked for a refund, they asked for "proof" that I tried to contact them. I was never told I was to submit a questionnaire, it was never sent to me. They have NO problem taking your money. I will file a claim with my bank card company...,

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a group of products and they sent two packages. One came with one bottle, the other package never arrived, though the shipper said it was delivered. I could not get hold of a person to talk to and they would not respond to my email. I had my cc dispute the charge. They fought with the cc company and showed them delivery had been made. They finally emailed me and said I needed to report it to the shipper. The shipper UPS mail innovations does not accept claims! Then because I made payment through PayPal they would not resolve the problem because PayPal had a dispute open from the cc. They told me until that is closed they could not proceed with a refund. So I called PayPal and got it closed. They the emailed me and said “ As the case was resolved directly by PayPal, and not as a result of a withdrawal from your side or any negotiated agreement between you and us, we are unable to provide any information beyond the decision made by PayPal. “ As the case was resolved directly by PayPal, and not as a result of a withdrawal from your side or any negotiated agreement between you and us, we are unable to provide any information beyond the decision made by PayPal.”. What a scam! So disappointed in this company!

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent. Took me days to get someone to respond to my emails and to get phone call answered. Emergency Kit was sent in plastic bag (instead of box) and apparently had been smashed in transit. The case was broken. Zipper would not open or close. After finally getting an answer to a phone call, never received response to 3 emails, had to send pictures of case to prove broken. I sent them and then received email that it would now be handled by the “Kit Specialist” and they will decide if I get a replacement case. Also was asked not to reply to the email as it would put me at the bottom of the queue! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Next to impossible to get ahold of by phone and doesn’t respond to emails. Also instruction booklet is a huge disappointment. Not very helpful. I will need to look up antibiotics to see how to use them on internet. One more huge disappointment was I had to wait to talk to their Dr due to an allergy to one of the antibiotics. That took 4 days for him to call me and he said he would not put that drug in kit. I still received it. Beware!!

Very disappointing experience!
I had a disappointing experience with TWC. My first virtual meeting with a doctor was great and then all down hill from there. I had a different doctor reach out to me asking questions I already answered with my original doctor.
After 2 weeks of waiting I called and said a doctor needed to speak with me again and to message them directly. After hearing nothing for over a week I reached back out to TWC to ask for a refund for what I had paid for a parasite cleanse kit that I never received. I was told it would be refunded less $50 for whatever reason.
The refund was the most prompt part of my entire TWC experience.
I really wanted to support TWC after all I have seen and heard over the past couple of years. Unfortunately it did not work out as I had hoped, and from reading the other reviews I can see I am not the only one.
I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Also had a scam experience
Also had a scam experience. Yes, they had my card info from another purchase and used the saved info, which I never allow, to purchase the drop. I was only trying to read detailed information about the product and all of a sudden it was purchased! I immediately placed an email to cancel, and they refused to honor the cancellation.
Dr McCollough, you had better get a handle on this business which is using your name recognition to profit from those who respect you. This looks really bad and, if not fixed, litigation is sure to follow. If you don’t stand behind your products with refunds, the only explanation is that you don’t think they work either. So very disappointing. I have steered many friends to your detox for spike protein. I will now have to share with them these very bad business practices and not recommend the Wellness Co in the future. At the very least, you should consider following up with the customers who have given you the bad reviews, especially the scam reviews.

Awful service
Awful service, unacceptable delays, and zero accountability. Every time I deal with TWC there are problems, and this most recent order has been the worst.
In early July 2025, I ordered Metformin from TWC for $109 using a discount code. The 15% discount never applied, so I contacted customer service. Instead of checking their own system, TWC told me I had to provide the code or they wouldn’t even acknowledge the issue. After several days of emails back and forth, they finally claimed I had entered the code too late and refused to honor the $15–$16 discount. Fine—I told them to forget the discount and just send my order.
But TWC still did not ship. Instead, they kept sending confusing, unhelpful emails. Finally, they told me it would take another 3 weeks to receive my medication. At this point, nearly 7 weeks have passed since I paid, and I still do not have my product—yet TWC had no problem taking my money on day one.
I cannot understand why it takes days for them to verify a discount, why communication drags on endlessly, or why it takes almost 2 months to receive a straightforward order. This is not customer service—it is customer neglect.
