The customer service was friendly and clear. I did not like the mistaken advertising, I thought I was buying two products for a price, but it was only one. But that may have been my mistake. On the website now it’s clear that there are too distinct products.

It was easy to register and pay however communication stopped and I had to reach out to find out when my Emergency Kit would arrive since it had been two weeks. I received a response the next day. Still waiting but impressed with customer service response.

had some issues and I have to say the company needs badly to be absolutely clear about when and if they have a product available as well as when it is a subscription both on screen and on the receipt! Also one of my orders took what seemed a very long time to arrive, however there was a small notice that might be the case (small) better to make it CLEAR and normal size. SEEMS like there are some miscommunication issues here that if dealt with would greatly enhance customer satisfaction!!! One order required a call from a Dr. and the Dr. was thorough and covered what was needed well. All and all so far I am happy with the products.

Overall I’m satisfied. It took awhile for a response, which is why I gave them a 4 star. But my problem was fully resolved!

The company has very good products and they are very helpful if you need assistance. I have ordered from them many times, and the best thing they could do to improve is the shipping of the products.

Apparently they are using a low rated shipping company. They said my order wasn't delivered and got returned to their warehouse. Update - They shipped it again and its ok.

I order the bundle products the nasal spray/throat spray on 12/30/25, I received the throat spray from Illinois in a timely manner by USPS. My nasal spray came separately from Ontario, CA, USPS showed it was in Ontario by 12/31/25 & label was being processed to ship. I kept tracking & it did not leave Ontario until 1/8/26, it was out of stock & on back order (which I had no idea about until I received a message today 1/13/26 after i sent an email two days ago with my concerns) same day I received my delivery?! The products are good after using, but when you call the CSR number the phone just keeps ringing unanswered & email to TWC support was almost just as bad. This was a real disappointment when you have Dr. Drew Pinsky & Dr. Peter McCullough who I think highly of on their board of physicians. That will be the only reason I will order the products again is because of Dr. Pinsky & Dr. McCullough's great reputations & products!

The product Mind Lift indeed helped me balance my emotions almost right away. The anxiety diminished very quickly. I also received my first order within an acceptable length of time. After the next order however I got in touch with TWC after one month because it wasn't arriving. The response to me was immediately and it was found that the package had a wrong label and hadn't been sent. It was corrected and sent again. However, it is now two weeks and it is still stuck at Customs. I also had trouble cancelling my subscription. Every time it showed that it would "skip" it didn't seem to register, because I received notice that another order was in process. I had to ask staff directly to please cancel my subscription, which then was done. I am going to try the "Sleep" product, but not until I receive my two orders. I told my husband that TWC could learn from Dr. Mercola's ultra friendly web site. Even though live in Canada I receive his products in three days.
