If I could put a zero I would. My husband ordered the med kit. Ok- should people be medicating themselves for other then UTIs- probably not, UTIs are the worse. But other things no. I’m a nurse and you could cause antibiotic resistance, everything doesn’t need an antibiotic. But I ordered Melt in June. Was charged $215 and never got product. Called company and went unresolved. Today I got a charge for $215 for melt again. Why would I order a product I never received? I called again, they said they would send me to virtual support. Who will contact me in 1-3 days. I tried to chat with them about my money, They said give us the numbers and I did and they insisted virtual support would get back to me. More of a scam- I’m out $430 now and never got a thing. I had to cancel my card. I’m sad two world renown doctors would do this. They should be ashamed

I placed an order with TWC and had second thoughts about it and tried to cancel it the morning after.The representative I spoke with said he couldn’t do that which was a lie. He certainly could have cancelled and refunded my order; nothing had been shipped and no prescription had been issued to a pharmacy. They stole $509.99 from me .They are the worst business I have ever dealt with and are anything but customer friendly. I think a group action lawsuit against TWC would be very appropriate. By the way, they also offered me a $25 store credit if I issued a “5” Star review. Maybe that’s why they have some great reviews??? A TWC TV add states buying their parasite Ivermectin/Membendazole product is risk free. Their refund policy states prescription products are non-refundable which that product is.I believe TWC is deliberately duping the public. Update 9/11/2025: TWC has changed their TV add ( Dr. Kelley Victory)for their parasite cleanse. They have removed “Risk Free”as a bullet point in the add. I e-mailed their CS yesterday , sighted their previous add and told them a law suit was coming their way! A coincidence??? I don’t think so. I have seen TWC’s TV adds on “Fox News” and “NewsMax”.I e-mailed both stations about TWC and asked them to take a look at customer reviews on“Trustpilot”.I told them by continuing to air TWC’s adds they are enabling and are part of the scamming of the American people.Let’s see what “Fox” and “ NewsMax”do. Update 9/22/25 I received a response from TWC after they read my previous review shown above. The message below is my answer to them: “Mumbo Jumbo” TWC! The “truth” is your system is set up leaving no possibility that a customer can obtain a refund.( I called for a refund the morning after I placed the order; they stated they couldn’t do a refund). Once you have our money you aren’t giving it back. You are a money making corrupt enterprise; you should be prosecuted! I just looked at the “Better Business Bureaus”(BBB) website.They listed “TWC”as “Not BBB Accredited”!!! BBB grants accreditation (or not) based on a company’s honesty and integrity. Accreditation gives customers confidence that they are dealing with a company that is “ethical and has been vetted”! We can see why “TWC”is not BBB accredited; they don’t meet any of the above criteria!!!

Customer service is non-existent. I'm trying to use Wellness Pay to purchase a letter so I can get reimbursed and it's in TEST MODE. WTF? Get your crap together TWC. I've tried to call for 3 days and sent an email - nothing.

I never received my package. I have contacted them three times, via email messages and chat, over a period of two days, still no response. It should not take a company this long, who supposedly cares about your health, to handle a lost package.

I would like to reach out to you to tell you of a very bad experience that my husband has had with your company and specifically with your product "Melt". He ordered it and spent the approximately $250 and had some questions, took a while but a clerical person got back to him and indicated if he wanted questions answered, even after spending this outrageous amount, he would have to pay to talk with a doctor??? Anyway, he got the medicine, started it and had all kinds of health issues. He only used it for less than a week. So approximately $250 down the drain and a need to see a doctor today. I think you should be aware of this. He has believed in your company in the past but now has definite concerns.

The Wellness Company advertises the new weightless product DROP, but does not say who may or may not qualify for it. It just say how wonderful it is and takes the place of other injections. I bought it and found out I do not qualify - it could hurt my eyes and thyroid.So I called to complain - knowing I cannot return it, but just wanted a to spend that on something else at the company. Refused it! I simply lose the money I paid for the DROP - $400.00!! It is a money grab like I've never seen. I certainly don't recommend anyone using this company.

I gave "Drop" a 1 star only because I couldn't give it zero stars. Incredible waste of money and it does not work. Good luck getting them to call you back regarding discontinuing the subscription. Having to call my credit card company to make sure that they no longer pay invoices from The Wellness Company.

They are refusing to refund my money. Scam!
