I respect the telehealth service, the prescriptions, the products, and the customer service.

Made a one time purchase for TWC 's Emergency Kit. Online ordering was easy. However, a glitch in TWC's process, from my perspective, is TWC's alignment with the "Shop" app to track shipments - which, in my experience, was inaccurate and frustrating from the jump. TWC does advise receipt of order can take 3-4 weeks, after you complete your part, and when dealing with any orders requiring doctor prescribed items. Fully understandable. Customer Service is very responsive when you inquire to the correct email - which is stated on the website. Ya just gotta pay attention and look for it. Also, you must speak with a medical doctor prior to release of your kit. Make sure you answer when called or your order will be delayed. The doctor that contacted me was professional, concise and direct in his review prior to authorizing what he deemed to be appropriate emergency meds for my kit. Emergency kit ultimately was not shipped via the "Shop" app but came via another trusted carrier. I didn't use the Shop App at all at this point. Bottom line it did take about 4 weeks from paid order date until receipt of kit. Nice to know TWC did take extra care and precautions to ensure my kit is suitable for my needs in the event I need any of the RX's included in the kit provided. Overall excellent experience given the intricacies of dealing with a myriad of patients encountered. I'm glad to learn TWC plays safe rather than having to be sorry later.

Fabulous service once again! What I tried to do for a half hour changing one of my subscriptions myself, TWC customer service took care of FOR ME in 2-minutes with email confirmation. All I did was start a chat that was then escalated to a live person. You live and learn!

My wife and I have ordered many different products from the Wellness Company and are very happy with the service and the product quality. We've ordered the travel kit and the emergency kit as well as the detox and ultimate immunity products. Very happy with them all.
