Excellent customer service. As a RN, I would highly recommend! Medically valuable resource to have on hand and definitely worth the cost.

I ordered a prescription product. The order process was fine. The consult with the doctor was fine. The product isn’t working as well as I was hoping, but I’ll give it more time. It’s only been 5 weeks. I think TWC might be working out the kinks with everything necessary and hopefully they will be able to figure out how to direct the patient in what actions they need to take to keep the prescription coming. I appreciate what TWC is trying to do, and will give grace for the little hiccups.

My personal experience with medical staff was efficient. They answered all my questions effectively and clarified proper use of the meds I had ordered. I will continue to do business with them!
