So I placed an order with the wellness company on December 18th 2025 for a wellness kit for some $299, they promote their shipping as 2 days in the U.S and 10 days international, today is January 7th 2026 and the product still has not shipped, I've made repeated calls to the company only to have no one answer the phone or to be told that they're experiencing a high call volume via a pre-recorded message and to send an email, I've sent countless emails with no replies, as stated in other reviews this company is a scam and I don't see how they can continue to advertise on TV. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint with them requesting a chargeback from this bogus company.

Multiple emails sent regarding an order placed weeks ago regarding shipping. No response received. Customer service is non existent. Order is 994530.

I did not want auto ship and wanted a refund. But not able to get a refund once something is shipped! I called customer service and like to speak with someone but was directed to email which I find not customer friendly.

Good products? not so easy process. Confusing follow -up emails telling me I have to do medical intake, which I had already completed. Then one from a some company, CharmHealth, telling me I need to give them my info all over again and create an account. Finally received email from a Dr. to do a video/audio consult, he was quick & efficient. Did receive one ordered product during this whole week long process. I'll update product review once I've had time to use them. UPDATE: Been on Drop for a few weeks- gained weight instead of losing it?????? Followed directions, very faithful, even minor dietary change, but- Yikes. Extremely disappointed. That's an expensive lesson-wasted money. Wonder if theres a money back on this.

Every time I contact customer service they assume I end up having to solve my own problem. They assume that the custmer is a complete idiot and they give you the easiest answer to the problem. They did it when I did not recieved a prescription and I had to contact my credit card company after dealing with the ignorant customer service people for 2 months and I got no where. This time I had to gill out an intake form and I explained that after putting in my email there was prescription listed. T he response was:you have to click the tab and it will show the order numbers." No shit Sherlock. I decided to try a different browser and it worked. My point is that they always give you the first and easiest answer and they are unable to or too lazy to think out of the box, ask questions or go a step further to help. The first answer is so simple a person with 2 brain cells would know to try that. Their thinking process and problem solving skills are stunted.

They sent me a message to log in to a meeting so that my kit could be sent after I met with a Dr. I was not able to get on the meetings and there is no way to reschedule to a Convenient time. No way to accept that a time they scheduled works for me. So I have not received the kit and they have not tried reaching me again. I also ordered another product that I did get but with what I’m reading I don’t know if I want it to be on auto ship.

I love TWC products, but their customer service is terrible. I have had several issues with them, but I'll relate the most recent. I ordered an item and added a subscription with automatic delivery. Instead of giving me the heads up, even 24 hours prior to shipping, to decide if I needed or wanted the product on that schedule, they produced a shipping label around midnight. A few minutes after producing the label, they sent an email indicating that I could "Manage My Subscription". Of course, being in the middle of the night, I could not respond until the later that day. I did change the date of the shipment (why would the system allow me to change it if they had already produced a shipping label?) and then decided to just cancel the subscription altogether. I thought I was all set, but was surprised to receive the shipment. And as you would guess, TWC would not refund my money and I'm stuck with extra product I didn't want. I would NOT recommend anyone do business with this company. Yes they have some good products (hence, the two stars), but I have been able to find other reputable companies with lower or similar prices that have excellent customer service policies. Buy from TWC at your own risk.

Hire a person that I can speak to. Speaking to a bot I might as well be talking to the wall. I had high hopes for the wellness company because Dr McCullough was one of the first people to speak out against the covid vaccine however, the wellness company has terrible customer service
