Disappointed
Order a kit
Order a kit. Excited to get the kit and it was just phone messages and phone messages back and forth. Still no kit or correspondence to get the kit. Now asking for a refund and they want to give me a credit. Disputing with my CC company as I don't want a credit this process is just a horrible experience.

What a total nightmare!!!
I THOUGHT that since they are associated with Dr. Peter McCullough, who is highly respected as a Cardiologist and for his COVID research that they were reputable but they definitely are not. It's quite possible they are just using his name! When my order never came, I canceled the credit card and reported it as soon as I realized I was getting ripped off. The credit card company refunded me and I learned my lesson. If you need Ivermectin or Fendbendazole, don't trust these people. They will not answer your calls or emails.

Sneaky & Dishonest
Make sure if you order anything from this company that you pay close, very close attention that you are not subscribing to something unaware. They'll send more more products out on a recurrent basis that you didn't ask for. Unless you feel like canceling a bank card and disputing the charges with your bank, don't expect these people to give you a refund. If I could leave them zero stars I would.

Deceptive Trade Practice in FL!
I ordered the Healthy Heart supplement to try on 10/22/25. You get 120 per bottle and they recommend 2 daily, so I got a two month supply. I was quite shocked when a got another bottle a month later. I never agreed to or wanted a subscription so called and spoke to someone. She was dismissive and kept apologizing but in a condescending manner. I had cancelled the card and somehow, they were able to charge my new card. I explained both of those things to their representative and then, she demanded proof that the bank had cancelled that card. (WHAT?!) I emailed them the order from last month with the last 4 CC numbers and then, a screenshot of the bank receipt with the same amount and the 4 CC numbers that were now different. They said they were going to follow up, but they sent something I didn't order a full month before I would have needed more, so this is a dishonest business practice in my opinion. I'll likely never trust this company for future orders or recommend them unless they do the right thing and refund the money they took from me. If they do, I will come back and amend this review to three stars and report that they did fix their error. They couldn't give me ANY kind of a time frame for a response, so that's another reason to not give them my business again. In my email, I reminded them that Florida specifically has a Deceptive Trade Practice act (called FDUPTA for short) so maybe that will catch their attention. I have sued in FL and won several hundred thousand dollars because if caught, the fines are huge and they also have to pay your attorney's fees. This place is in Boca Raton, FL so keep that in mind. ***Edited to add - You people and your canned responses! You have all my account information. We've exchanged emails for two weeks now. By the way you dummies, look at how you have spelled the word company. You are such a joke of a "compnay" LOL!

Deceptive sales practices and horrible customer is NOT a prescription for success!
Several months back I ordered a bottle of supplements from The Wellness Company. I was told this would remove the spike protein from the covid virus. Instead of 1 bottle, I received 2 bottles, and was charged for both.
Then about 2 months later I received notification that my auto subscription was renewing, and another 2 bottles of the supplement was being sent out. It seems there is very teeny tiny disclosure information on the original order stating that by ordering from the company, you are automatically signed up for autorenewal. I find this to be deceptive, but, I figured, ok, I will go onto the website and cancele the subscription, or whatever you call it. I did that, and low and behold, 2 days ago I received an email stating that the supplement order renewed again and another $150 was being charged to my card. I checked the tracking provided and it showed label created, but not yet sent. I tried calling the number for customer service, followed the prompts and waited. 10 minutes later I got an automated voice telling me "due to high call volume your call can not be answered" I was also directed to their chat services. Thought, ok, let me try the chat. We'll the bot they have answering, could not tell me how to stop the order and to wait for a representative. Waited over 20 minutes and no one came on the line. M7nd you both the call and chat request was done during their operating hours. Then I figured I woul send an email. The response I received was outrageous. The person replying did not offer an apology, did not offer to cancel the subscription and did not tell me how to return the unwanted order. The jist of the reply was too bad, so sad. I was not going to take this, so I sent off another email, with a bit more force,cI said the response was unacceptable. Today they cancelled the subscription for the unwanted supplements, but said they do not accept returns or refunds on any of their products. I went to the FAQ page on their website and found this:
"We are unable to issue refunds for supplements and/or emergency kit purchases after 30 days from the date of purchase".
So now I am demanding a return label and full refund. The experience with the Wellness Companies customer service has been a nightmare, their sales practices are deceptive...Dr Drew Pinsky has failed miserably.

Do not waste your time with this company
Do not use this company my prescription has been ready a month no one has contacted me but when I asked where my meds were they said they were trying to get in touch? The only sent me a copy of the prescription by text no one has contacted me by either email or text or phone. I’ve been waiting and sending emails and all they keep doing is saying I need to contact the pharmacist direct message. There’s no direct message there’s no plug-in for direct message not on my computer this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard. I’m about to cancel my order. It hasn’t even been filled yet. It’s been three weeks. Unbelievable. I would give it zero stores if I could.

Unbelievably horrible experience with…
Unbelievably horrible experience with this company. We decided to try their products. We tried four products in total three of which were subscription based. We did not like any of the products and canceled all three subscriptions. Three weeks late we starting getting alerts for charges on the items we had canceled weeks before. Contacted customer service to get it canceled only to learn they requested proof of cancelation. I explained that I didn’t think we had proof of the cancellation and demanded immediate cancellation to which they agreed. After a search of my email I indeed happen to find the cancellation. I sent the email to the customer service representative to offer the proof of cancellation they requested. I was then informed that the cancellation took place after the first of the calendar month therefore, all of the charges and items had to be shipped anyway, even though we canceled two weeks prior to that month’s billing or shipping. I then inquired about returning the products to which they informed me that they do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of their products. Unbelievably horrible business with worse business practices. Very disappointing.
