I was even reluctant to give one ⭐️ star for this review. I ordered DROPS for my wife thinking 🤔 that this would be the best way for my wife to lose weight without taking injections! I trusted Dr. McCullough when he endorsed this product on television. Not only did the drops not work, they didn’t give you enough DROPS to last the recommended dose for six weeks. My wife might of dropped three pounds but I attribute that to the exercise that she was doing during the six weeks (actually 5) due to the shortage of product. I realized that the DROPS were not going to work that I canceled my next order and talked to a representative who claimed that you needed to take the product for at least three months before you could actually see the product work. I didn’t believe her and I wanted to make sure other people are made aware of the claims that the two doctors made on the tv commercial. We literally threw $500 down the toilet 🚽 and a no satisfaction guarantee warning! Our friend had the same results! It doesn’t work!

Did not deliver product, very unresponsive. Very rude customer service people. Avoid this company.

You get such a run around when trying to complete the phone part of the appointment with the Dr. they took my money before this process was even started, which is Fraud, I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission, I EVEN WONDER if the owner of this company knows what’s going on and how people are being treated ! Save yourself a huge headache like myself and find another outlet. After making several calls, and reaching my limit of 3 emails to the company, i M not any further through the process except being ripped off of my money.

I ordered and paid on my credit card 8 weeks ago for the urgent care kit. I have not received my order and cannot get anyone on the phone. Terrible customer service. They still owe me the product or my 319.00 refunded!!!

I purchased 2 Emergency Medical Kits from The Wellness Company. This cost $300.00 each. I used one of the medications out of both kits. I contacted The Wellness Company to refill this medication. I was told I could only refill one kit at a time, not both. I can refill up to 3 medications from that kit, but not the same medication twice, once for each kit ordered. They wanted to charge me an extra $45.00 to separate this order. When I requested to escalate this issue to a Supervisor / Manager I was told they would not talk to me, I would have to summit an email. The fact I ordered 2 separate kits at the same time, I was not informed I would only be allowed to refill one at a time and have to pay extra fees to refill them separately. I will not continue to do business with the Wellness Company due to lack of being able to discuss issues on phone with a person of authority to resolution, and the cost of their products.

Welll I wish I would’ve come here first. I ordered a product, they took my money, never gave me my product or responded to my outreach. This company is a total scam.

I was a victim of trust in this company due to Dr. McCullough representing their products. I tried the Drop with absolutely no improved results. I canceled my subscription online and the company sent me another order, charging me another $500.00. They claim it was not canceled and refused a refund and would not let me return the product. In lengthy communications with their support team all I got was their canned responses with contradictions and no attempt to resolve my concerns. Quite the scam they have going on, deny they got your cancelation and charge you for another month of product. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

What a scam. Very sketchy. Never received anything. Tried several times to reach them by phone. Just rang and rang. Finally got ahold of them by email and told them I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They refused because I was a few days over 30 days since ordering. They offered store credit. Why would I want to buy something from this company after this experience. BUYER BEWARE
