I added the BLUE emergency medical kit to my cart on website, you have to pay for it first then it makes you fill out all the intake forms so by the time you finish, they switch to a different color kit (mine was switched to a Green travel kit instead). It was same price of $300! But, had cheap OTC meds with only Keflex & Cipro antibiotics. Mostly, tums,colace,surfak, benedryl & bandaids. I emailed the company, but they just blamed me for selecting the wrong kit. Refused to xchg or refund me. So, dont fall for this scam. I think the website has a built in way of switching it to a not advertised kit on commercial.

after agreeing to refund my purchase ($527) they continued to delay my refund for untruthful reasons. My efforts have gone on for over a month. There is no objection on TWC's part; they agree a refund is due. There is a continuation of excuses.

I purchased a supplement that I wanted from The Wellness Company and on the confirmation page, AFTER I approved the one item I wanted there were additional offers listed that I had no intention of purchasing. As I took a screenshot of my confirmation screen I somehow clicked on a $560.00 product (that required an intake form which I didn’t fill out), and the purchase went through without any authorization or confirmation. It was a one click purchase for $560.00!! I immediately opened a chat with a representative and explained my situation. They asked me to email them with specifics which I did minutes later and by the time they got back to me days later they had already charged my credit card. I emailed their customer service department several times over the next 2 weeks stating I never wanted that product and they said there was nothing they could do for me because it was in “transit”. Well, they never sent the $560.00 product, and they have my money! I continue to email them for a refund for a product I never intended to purchase and NEVER RECEIVED. This is very shady business practice for The Wellness Company and I can never get through to their customer service representatives on the phone to have a conversation about this. Trust is so important these days with medical professionals, and I thought The Wellness Company would be different but this shady functionality on the confirmation page is bad business! Not to mention I never received the product (that I never wanted) and they still have my $560.00!!

Very disappointed with the products and the service. The products combine components that have essentially opposite effects. The service is terrible, they make it very difficult to cancel subscriptions, send orders emails at 11:45 pm with the condition that you can only cancel the order for a maximum of 2 hours after you receive the email.

Placed order for prescription item on Nov 26 and was billed to CC. MD consult completed on patient portal on Nov 30 - received text msg confirmation from MD. Contacted TWC today as product still not shipped. They claim consult not completed, but patient portal shows it is. Asked to cancel and told I have to do it through MD, who cannot be contacted (no response). Looks like I'll have to dispute with CC.

I had surgery October 15th 2025 and was convinced I had an infection. I was experiencing much pain and I noticed the emergency medical kit included Augmentin. So on October 26th, I ordered the emergency medical kit. Less than 24 hours later I reconsidered and asked to cancel the order. TWC customer support kept sending me emails, asking me to contact a provider to complete my order. I kept telling them I didn't want the order; I wanted to cancel. Their own policy states that if you don't want to talk to a provider they will refund the charge to your credit card, minus the $50 administrative fee. The customer service rep also said this to me in an email. I again reiterated I would accept that condition, and that I would like a refund. They then kept sending me emails asking me to talk to a provider. I finally went to my credit card company and I don't know what the wellness company said to them, but my credit card company either could not, or would not, charge back my credit card. Despite the fact, the wellness company also sent my credit card a copy of their refund policy, to which I adhered. This company is unethical and manipulative, and only interested in scamming you out of money. My credit card company recommended I could take legal action against them. I unequivocally warn anyone against having anything to do with this company!!

The worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I would never do business w this company again .

Poorly managed, Will no accountability. Placed an order November 19th still only received a free yoga mate I didn't order. Had to get ahold of people and they hide behind emails. It's really feeling like a scam. I spent $550 a month ago. I have zero faith in the wellness company. BEWARE SCAM.
