The Wellness CompanyReviews of twc.health

TWC is my go-to source for my medical and supplement needs. The leadership of TWC has always stepped out and shared the truth, no matter the consequences, and I learn so much from them. Because of this, I trust TWC, their products and their recommendations. Another bonus is they have excellent customer service!

I’ve utilized the wellness company for purchases since the COVID 19 days when I wanted to be prepared with medications in case we were locked down and /or restricted ! The ease in which to order and the level of quality products made in the USA were important to me ! These products have literally been responsible for saving my husbands life with the ivermectin menbendazole compounded formula. He had a pancreatic cancer diagnosis and we got him started in the product one month after he was diagnosed and he had a pet scan in May that showed no metabolic activity. This is incredibly encouraging and we owe it to the Wellness company for making it easy to order this sought after compounded formula. Thank you for all you do. We are blessed to have had the knowledge of your company and products.

My last order from Wellness Co got destroyed by the carrier I assume. I reported it to customer service along with some pictures and they responded quickly. After several email conversations they have replaced the order . Great customer service. Thank you Wellness Company

Customer service is top notch! I inquired about my order and a partial delivery, the response was quick, professional and my question answered in a very timely manner. There was constant follow up during the process to clarify and answer my question. The communication with both customer service and the medical doctors is exceptional!

Janina and the team at The Wellness Company provided excellent and timely resolution to my issue. They were persistent to uncover the cause and then to correct it. Thank you very much, TWC!!!

The experience was so simple and easy. I don't do a lot of online but, it was easy for me no help needed.

After several disappointing calls with customer service, I finally had the assistance of Christina, who was meticulously in documenting my many concerns. She expedited each issue, and personally followed up with me as each issue was addressed. She alone is the reason a 5 star rating is issued, vs a 1 star with a lengthy detailed rant. I love the quality of the products offered through TWC, it’s just sad they were not adequately staffed to handle the backlog of April, May orders. Again, thanks to Christina, my member website is now working correctly, and my backlogged subscriptions are now on track! Hopefully the added pharmacies to help with keep things going smoothly going forward.

Excellent service over the phone. The represenitive took care of all my needs
