First customer service Christine and every other customer service representative I have talked to have been absolutely amazing!!! In light of changing pharmacies and ramping up to meet the need I think they are doing great! There have been a few glitches, but I feel completely understandable! I am super stoked with my doctor Doctor Smith who really wants to make sure I have every tool to fight my cancer!

I had a question and order concern. Customer service responded quickly with a fully detailed answer to my question and eliminated my concern.

My frustration with the overall Wellness Co. regarding replenishment services was significantly quieted and communications improved due to the representative sincerely trying to resolve issue. The honest calm nature of the representative was evident as we pursued the resolution. I appreciated that.

My husband retired so I am no longer insured by his company and Obama care has made private pay insurance so expensive, I cannot afford it. The Wellness kit has been a lifesaver to treat my reoccurring sinus infections. I had a little trouble navigating the site the first time but the online customer support was very responsive. Even the AI was great.

The Wellness Company is very special and absolutely unique with the services that provides and the outstanding care of the people like me that are reaching out to get help and have questions. I am very grateful! God bless and prtect them!
