Horrible communication and they do not respond to emails from their support center. Looks like they take your money then they go dark.

Got a prescription from their Dr. Via phone, go sold an Ivermectin-Mebendazole Compounded Formula 90 pills ( Mebendazole 250mgs / Ivermectin 25mgs ), that expired after four mounts. the cost was $540.00, took it after two and half months later since I wanted to cleanse my body since I had three separate Lymphoma events and just wanted to keep it away. I was prescribed to take them for 90 days straight and after 8 day I got this middle of the night cough that would not let me catch my breath even after emptying my lungs of air that I had to concentrate on getting air in-between cough bout. I had taken another companys same product-All Family Pharmacy but at a lower dose than the one pill dose for all people that the Wellness Company prescribed. When I contacted The Wellness Company they stated that I need to go to my Doctor and get clearance to take their medication even after I got cleared with their doctor for their medication. All I want from the was to lower the dosage of both medications as the other pharmacy, All Family Pharmacy. Doctor recommendation, 18mgs Ivermectin / 100mgs Mebendazole but The Wellness Company gave so much pushback that I made up my mind to post on YELP. I believe that the pills were bought in bulk from another country and repackaged to sell here in the states under their Company name. Beware of these profiteers.

My order has been in a warehouse 40 miles from my home for 5 days. I called to get status, lines too busy and TWC hung up. I wrote email and received standard email from TWC saying they would check problem - they didn't. Called back today. TWC said I should wait 15 days then file claim with Amazon Shipping (TWC's shipper of choice). Have to wait for Amazon Shipping to refund my money. May take awhile. TWC does not get involved with problem - customer has to take care of everything. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I truly respected Peter McCullough and hope he does something to rectify these problems. So sad.

Ordered a month ago, credit card charged no order received. No response to email. Order TWC#955575 Confirmed Dec 5, 2025 Next will be to do a charge back on credit card and notify the Florida States Attorneys office to file a complaint.

I placed an order on the evening of Sunday, December 28. I had never ordered from The Wellness Company before but somehow it picked up my information from Shop.com (which I am not familiar with). It had an old address and I was able to update the billing address but did not realize that the shipping address was not updated until I placed the order. I called the 800 number first thing on Monday morning and I was assured the shipping address was changed; when I received the shipping notice, it showed the new address. I must say that it was disappointing to reach someone who spoke broken English; I didn't expect that from an American company that I thought has a great reputation. On January 2, I received a notice that the delivery was made to the old address which is in another state. I contacted customer service and they told me there's nothing they can do. I have put the charge in dispute with the credit card company and I asked The Wellness Company to cancel my subscription for their products and to make sure, I deleted the credit card from my account. I ordered from this company because I have great confidence in Dr. Peter McCullough but their customer service is very disappointing and unfortunately, it somewhat tarnishes the reputation of Dr. McCullough who promotes them endlessly. After looking online, I have found that there are numerous complaints about them. I wish I had looked up reviews before ordering. Update: I eventually received two of the items I ordered but never did receive the third item. I deleted the dispute for the charges with my credit card company and am just writing off the other item.

They have a lot of good stuffi think but they rip you off on prices. The over charge by to ton . They just plain rape you on their prices so i do see where they are here to help people with their prices only the rich can afford them. I have round several places you can buy hydrocichloroquine for 60 pills for 32.00 us money and those people are making money at that price. Those are 200mg tablets! .

I was really excited to have a company that gives you the flexibility to have medication on hand until you have to refill them. I was denied the same medications that were originally sent to me. When I questioned them they said “ The order was declined after a clinical review by the provider. Based on your medical intake, the provider determined that, for medical reasons, it would not be appropriate or safe to prescribe the medication at this time. These decisions are made with patient safety as the top priority.”. BS why would you deny if you sent in the first place. Very frustrating especially when they say it’s easy.
