This company is a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM‼️
I had a subscription for supplements, tried them for 4 months, didn’t do anything for me.
I turned OFF the subscription and they continued to charge my card and sent another!
When I told them I turned my subscription off, all they said was…. NOTHING.
I told them I would be sending it back and they stated they don’t do refunds because someone could have tampered with the product.
It is still IN THE BOX IT WAS SHIPPED IN!
I haven’t opened it!!
They REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK AND RETURN MY MONEY.
SCAM COMPANY 💯‼️

Placed order for emergency contagion…
Placed order for emergency contagion kit on Dec 17. Today is Jan 12 and I still have not received. Customer service told me I was missing a form that needed to be filled out. Did that. Still waiting. Emailed customer service, no reply. Called CS, waiting on hold 12 minutes. He told me I had a form to fill out. I said I've filled out enough forms, I want my money back. He tried to give me store credit. I said no way, I want my money back. The flu supposedly is raging and I can't get the emergency contagion kit. The TV spot on Fox says, "We will rush your kit to you". What A JOKE.

HIDDEN COSTS/SCAM/GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FRAUDULENT
Before i ordered the emergency wellness kit, i attempted 2 define what the actual cost would really be. The good reviews on here MUST BE FRAUDULENT. I confused their chat bot and they referred my inquiry to a “specialist “ for an email answer to my questions. From what the chat bot told me is the kit cost 299.00. My question was how much are the refills going to cost me as I keep the kit current. You either JOIN THEIR CLUB for a minimum of 9.99 a month to receive “ discounted products and discounts on telehealth visits which are required for refills. I asked them why a telehealth visits wasn’t necessary for the initial purchase. They said the intake questionnaire was reviewed by a provider and included in the cost of a kit. I asked them if there was no change in your health since your initial order, why would you need a “telehealth visit?
This is the conversation that ensued with the bot.

The Wellness Company does not sell medications directly; refill costs depend on the dispensing pharmacy. We offer a replenishment program that automatically restocks prescribed meds 2-3 weeks after provider approval. To assist further, could you share how often you'll need refills or which specific meds interest you most? This helps us guide you better 👍

We offer the 1Wellness Select membership with monthly ($9.99) and annual ($99.99) plans, which include discounted prices on Marketplace products and reduced rates for virtual care and medical kits. The Wellness Company does not provide direct medication sales—the refill costs vary by dispensing pharmacy. Medications in the Medical Emergency Kit can be replenished up to 2 years after purchase via our replenishment program, which ships 2-3 weeks after provider approval. To learn more or sign up, visit the replenishment program page at you prefer the flexibility of a monthly membership or savings with an annual plan?
I am interested in the replenishment program without a membership

The replenishment program is available to all customers, including those without a membership. It helps restock prescribed meds automatically after provider approval. What is the cost for a telehealth call for refills
6:48 PM. TWC Support Bot says:
TWC Support Bot
The cost for a telehealth visit to obtain medication refills is $74.99 per visit for non-members. Members with 1Wellness Elite membership get telehealth visits for free, while Premier and Select members save 15% on the visit cost. This fee covers the consultation with a medical provider who will determine if a prescription refill is suitable. You can book an appointment on our Virtual

How can you get the kit without a telehealth visit but need one for refills
6:49 PM. TWC Support Bot says:
To get a Medical Emergency Kit without a separate telehealth visit, you purchase the kit, complete a clinical intake form for provider review, and upon approval, it ships to your home (typically in 2-3 weeks).
TP won’t allow enough characters 2 copy the whole conversation.
Their email response from the “specialist” was a copy of the bot conversation. And so you pay 299.00 for the kit and then 75.00 for each refill needed as a telehealth session is required even if there is no change in your health. The ivermectin expires in 6 months & the rest in 2 yThe cost of the meds, they told me depends on my local pharmacy? So 299.00 and 75.00 plus med costs for every refill unless you are bullied into becoming a member for a minimum of10.00 a month. I cannot believe Dr. Drew is involved in this.. he must be desperate for money. What a ripoff and shame on Fox for promoting such garbage. I’m really sorry for the folks who got wrapped up into this one. They prey on folks fears for access to medicine in an emergency situation. Trustpilot is not really vetting these reviews. I agree with a previous reviewer, this is borderline criminal. SCAM

Don’t order DROP for weight loss.
I ordered DROP from them which was claimed to help with weight loss. I had a discount code so I saved a hundred dollars but still cost Mr $399. Outrageous I know, but desperate people…..plus trust in these doctors with familiar faces such as Drew Pinsky and Peter McCullough. I really believed it would work.
The first bottle I ordered did absolutely nothing. It didn’t dampen my appetite, I didn’t lose one pound, I may as well have been drinking water that tastes like mildew, they said no taste. Before I had even had the first bottle 30 days I was astounded to see they were shipping me another bottle. I was on a subscription which I had no idea. I immediately emailed them I did not want the next bottle and could I just refuse delivery or return to sender without opening it. They didn’t answer so after a while I thought oh well, I’ll try the second bottle at the cost of $499. It did absolutely nothing as well.
I called and spoke to someone with an Indian accent that the only way I could get a refund was to go to my provider and get a statement. I said I never went to a provider to get the prescription and now I was going to have to spend even more money and tell my provider I need a statement? Who’s going to do that? I told them I didn’t even care if they didn’t refund my money, I would accept store credit, but NO!
So I am out the money, but I’m using every platform I can to spread the word, don’t do it! They should have to stand by their product like all supplement companies are required to do. I also heard their nattokinase does not have near the amount of milligrams it states it does and it’s very expensive.
I an SO DISAPPOINTED. I wanted to love this company.
And guess what? They don’t put any bad reviews on their website. They asked for a review and I gave it and it’s never been published. We all should call the better business bureau our credit cards, the FDA , Robert Kennedy JR. and whoever else will listen to our complaints. POST YOUR RESULTS ON FACE BOOK, INSTAGRAM, ETC. I am very angry.

DROP is eligible for purchase as a subscription rather than a one-time order as listed on our websit. I sincerely apologize if there was any confusion about this.
To keep you informed, we send an email notification 3 days before each subscription auto-renewal. This gives customers plenty of time to review the upcoming chargel and make any changes if the customer likes. If I could give negative stars I would!
If I could give negative stars I would!
In December, I ordered from their website the much advertised “Emergency wellness kit” My credit card was immediately billed for over $500 but apparently there’s no record of my order.A payment went through and my credit card was charged. In looking at the statement from the credit card the company that received the payment was SP wellness. I have reached out to the wellness co by phone and by the email they have provided, also sent them what they’ve asked for and yet still no resolution and no product!
The amount of advertisements I see for this company all over TV and online… With pretty well-known people, but this seems to be scam apparently?

scam for sick vulnerable people
I ordered $500 Ivermectin to for a family member who's a cancer patient. The prescription process took 3 week, then the product did not get shipped in a month. I received the shipment after almost 2 month. I did not even need it anymore when I have them in hand. it's a tiny small bottle which totally let me realized this is an advertising scam. And of Course, they don't do any of refund or return. Watch out!
