I had great experience with customer support who promptly and professionally/politely responded to all my questions/concerns. However delay in delivering the product was quite frustrating. I ordered on April 28th, and the product arrived on June 17th

Order two prescription items and one supplement. The supplement arrived within 3 days. The first prescription item came after several emails and phone calls about two weeks later. The second prescription came about 3 weeks additional, of more calls and emails. I have order both prescription and supplements previously and did not have any issues. Customer service offered future discounts and even a partial refund. I just wanted my scripts filled, which eventually happened. Customers should make sure that a NP or MD makes contact with them, by making sure the medical evaluation is completed. Don't expect previous history data is adequate. The journey started 22 April 26 ending 30 May 2026. Will I have future purchases....YES. Will I keep copies of all receipts, emails, and phone calls, I did and will. Many thanks to Customer Service who worked with me, many of them. They responded to every communication and tried to expedite things!

Communication seems to be key in this instance. Ordered my kit back in early May. Received confirmation of order and went through the procedures, but now it's June and still nothing. I had to reach out and ask about the status of my order, which was promptly answered. Had I not inquired, I'm not sure I would have received an update. I will say the response was fast. Wish they would do this from the start and keep you informed of the status, etc., vice asking after nearly a month.

Once i receive my order I can better give a proper review. The support group seems eager to help with questions. How ever due to "high demand for product " the delivery is delayed. So far the shipping is slow.

Initial consultation was quick and easy. Prescription arrived quickly. There was a problem setting up the patient portal. My email address, which gets all other correspondence from TWC, never received the OTP required to confirm my account no matter how many times I tried. Customer Service was responsive and tried to help, finally coming up with a work around. It didn’t fix the original problem but it at least got the portal working. It’s too early to know if the prescription is working but I’m hopeful.

I would give 5 stars but the company is going through growing pains right now as they increase and add to their services and high quality products; TWC has sparked much public interest since it is unique to the market, it stresses prevention and general health as well as medicines to help get you well when ill. They keep the politics out of medicine, a huge plus. These facts make the company trustworthy and valuable to its customers and patients. I am grateful that we have The Wellness Company!

I had a problem of not receiving the membership discount on one of the items I ordered. On the order review it was difficult to determine which discounts were given since the discounts are not displayed on the order review. I had to do the calculations to see if I received my discounts. When I tried to contact customer support through chat I was dealing with AI assistant which was not help at all. AI asked if I wanted a support person and I replied yes but it was unclear if I was to stay in the chat or look for an email. After several attempts with the chat option I used email to contact customer support and I received my discount. Once I made the correct contact my problem was quickly resolved.
