Do not like your use of CharmHealth Team company & your lack of patient communication to your customers regarding the use of that company. Also, would like better information in dealing with Overgrowth of a parasitic condition.

Tried to order an emergency kit for my Son for Christmas, then was told he would have to order himself since he is an adult. They suggested they could give me a gift card in exchange for the order, but turns out the special pricing for the emergency kit would not apply on the gift card only the paid amount. So basically the Christmas gift would have to be ordered while the special offering had not expired. A company that doesn’t offer “gift” options is just hurting their profits. . .poor customer service and my son hasn’t even received the kit yet. Looks like many others have experienced issues with the Wellness Company as well

Was impossible to cancel an order or get a response from customer service. After numerous emails and several phone calls, I finally got a live person on the line. Was informed they would charge me $50 to cancel my order and refund the rest of my money. Had no choice but to tell them to do it. Will not use this company ever again 11/19/2025 I can say after posting my review the company has reached out to me and they have made things right with my refund. I do like the products they offer and if they can improve on their customer service, I would say they can be a valuable resource. The fact that they took the time to respond to me earns them 2 additional stars.

I ordered Melt almost two months ago on 9/4/25. I spoke with their PA and was approved for the prescription. Since then, I've contacted the email support multiple times and get the runaround. Sorry for the delay. The order is being processed and can't be refunded. The customer service phone number does not answer - just rings and rings. Unfortunately, TWC seems to only randomly send out orders, the others don't get sent and they keep the money. Too bad, the company has become a scam. I heard there is a class action lawsuit against them which I will look into joining. UPDATE: Finally received the product a week after writing this review. The prescription directions on how to take the product (a sticker type label) was placed on the outside of the box. It was then entirely covered by the shipping label. When I tried to peel back the shipping label to see the prescription directions, of course it ripped. It's not readable. Why would you put someone's personal prescription information on the outside of the box? Would you not put the directions inside the box with the item? I gave them one more star for sending this $250 mint breath spray called MELT. I have not seen a difference in appetite when using the spray. Save your money.

I ordered and was charged for Ultimate Spike Detox before it shipped: I was asked to track it myself. USPS: Check back soon." TWC website says my order is: "Preparing for shipping". The customer service person said, "We are investigating". Every company I buy something from online sends me a confirmation of order and shipment. TWC never did. AND, USPS is The Worst shipper of all the choices. In my opinion, everything should be going Fedex when dealing with medications - even over the counter supplements. After making contact with a new customer service person, my problem was resolved and my product was shipped, I received notice of order, shipment, and delivery.

I ordered the ivermectin/mebendazole for prostate cancer. It arrived in a timely manner. The only instructions were to take it for 21 days. But, there are 90 capsules in the container. I have tried to find out if I am supposed to stop completely after the 21 days or stop and start again. What do I do with the rest of the capsules? I see on the container that I have to discard them in November. I just want to know if I am finished for now or do I need to take more. Very frustrating not to be able to get an answer.

I used the Z-pac from my Emergency kit recently with a bout of Covid. I was very glad I had it and the instruction booklet. The kit is put together well and worth the $$ in my opinion. I reordered the z-pack with little hassle. My husband on the other hand is having a terrible time trying to reorder ivermectin since he used it when he felt he was contracting Covid from me. A PHARMACY TECH at TWC is requiring documentation from his doctor instructing him to use the ivermectin. A DOCTOR at TWC prescribed these medicines for him in the first place and a pharmacy tech has no authority in this matter!!! We have yet to see what further customer service issues we'll have. There are other vendors for ivermectin which we'll be looking into.
