Customer Service SUCKS. The shipped the medicine to my MAIL BOX, which I never hav issues with not getting or receiving anything at. The Medicine never made it to me, and the solution: FILE A POLICE REPORT in order for me to get my medicine reshipped! A police report for a medicine that didn’t made it in the MAIL? And my other choice is to cancel but they will charge me 50% of the money I gave them, so you will not have many options if the mail does not arrive for you! I know Im not going to get the medicine or my money at this point.

Don’t waste your money. I was so excited to order just to have a little peace of mind…everything was easy, even the call with the provider. However when receiving my items, and I ordered many, they left out a script because they misunderstood an allergy to a different medication. (Allergic to penicillin but the kit includes amoxicillin.) When I reached out they didn’t care at all. This is frustrating because 1) they NEVER mentioned this in the call 2) I paid full price and they won’t send the medication or even a partial refund and 3) the scripts aren’t even enough for a typical full dosing cycle, so not sure it’ll do much. Most of all, their lack of care or concern for customers or to problem solve is a red flag. Do not recommend them at all.

I spent several hundreds of dollars on Drop and received no benefit. They responded quickly to my feedback and told me I could set up an appointment with one of their medical providers. When I checked the cost, I saw no reason to spend even more money. I have tried a few of their other products and not found their products effective. Drop is $400 and they recommend trying it for several months. Very disappointed!

Numerous bad reviews here about the Smile toothpaste and the pump, which doesn’t work.i agree ! It’s atrocious trying to get a refund. They haven’t answered the phone, nor responded to my emails. Finally, Now, they write that I should follow their instructions to pop the bottom off w fingernails or nail file! I shouldn’t repair the bottle after paying $100.00 for it! I’ve supplied a video and there is nothing stuck! Very unprofessional and substandard customer service!

I originally placed an order for the med emergency kit, paid for it, completed the health questionnaire and received an email thanking me for completing the requirements and then waited. I received no indications about shipping it. After several weeks I reached out to customer service and finally got a response to complete a phone interview. I finally got an email with a phone number to call. I called the number and answered to brief questions and was too my kit would then get shipped. That was 8 days ago and still nothing! No wonder the reviews of this company are so poor. I am very disappointed but I should have heeded all the poor reviews! My bad! But surprisingly my kit did show up today!

BUYER BEWARE ordering on the web site shows throat spray and the nasal together as a package deal however you only receive one not both also the service rep poor English Comprehension also the nasal spray in back ordered until March???

I purchased the medical kit a year ago. When trying to refill prescriptions that expired, I was denied, I'm still not sure the reason. The kit was unused, so I sent it back. I also did not like the 45.00 consultation fee I was charged both times I was denied a refill. I will take my chances with urgent care.

I have several times to purchase with the TV commercial provided "discount code." At no time were they accepted. A commercial also states that GLP-1 shots are costly and requires injection. Their "drop" is an oral dose but very expensive.
