I purchased drops from the wellness company. I followed the instructions to a T. It did not suppress my appetite at all. Actually there was nights when I woke up in the middle of night having sugar cravings. I spent $400 for these drops. And my cravings for food were worse than ever and I did use all the medicine and filed all the directions. I do not recommend this product. Do not buy. They don't work. The wellness company should give me your money back guarantee. And not only that they have a horrible flavor when you mix it and just a small amount of water everyday. So of course right after taking it you have a nasty taste in your mouth you're not going to want to eat something. But as far as craving control. Nothing. My cravings got worse. I am losing weight with the GLP-1 I'm using but the drops are not worth $399. Maybe $3.99. not a penny more. Please save your money and don't fall for this. Thank you Sandy

Terrible experience. Never provided anything despite jumping through endless hoops, waiting over six weeks for results, and making multiple contacts to resolve whatever issues they had with providing service. Not once did they demonstrate any true concern for me, my health, or my medical needs.

I purchased one of their expensive emergency packages. The prescriptions we labeled to expire within a few months and some under a year. Pointless to buy something that expires so quickly. Unethical....Tried to resolve this issue via email with ASHLEY and she was unwilling. After I posted this poor review they responded on this site to make themselves look like they care.

I joined the Wellness Company as an Elite Member in July of 2025. I am constantly hammered with advertisements having sales and promoting products. I am supposed to get free Telehealth as part of the membership as well. I tried to schedule an appointment and the Dr. never responded. No other Drs were available in my state so I paid another service for a telehealth visit. My main complaint is that they advertise sales, I order and never receive the products. I placed an order when they were running a sale on 11/20/2025, still not received or even in transit. Support created another order to replace it on 12/17/2025 and still no tracking information other than waiting to be picked up. Support is never available and I am going to dispute the charges and get full refunds. TWC - To answer your question about my issues: 1) Unreasonable response times from support, no one ever answers the 800# to get help, the chat on the website can take days or longer to get responses, emails go unanswered for days or weeks. Coming from someone who has spent MANY thousands of dollars on the initial 'Elite' membership and products, this is really unacceptable. I joined because I trusted the Drs involved, but clearly you have either grown too fast or have internal issues, but the customer service and shipping are terrible. 2) The main reason for the complaint is not being able to get products once ordered. As stated, your marketing is very comprehensive, but the orders do not get fulfilled and the information about the orders on your website is usually wrong or not updated. After being bombarded for an advertised sale, I placed order TWC#915830 on November 20th, 2025. It still shows as "Ready for Pickup" on your website. After waiting for some time, I finally had support respond and place a replacement order TWC#977605. It shows on it's way to possibly be delivered today, I will believe it when I see it. It does no good to try supplements and not be able to take them consistently, so the breaks in delivers are not good. 3) Another advertised sale, so I placed an order on 12/26/2025. The order appeared to go through, but support says there is no record of it and it was for about $800 worth of product at the sales price. I asked support to recreate it or add the 25% discount to my Elite discount, but they just say no record of it even after I sent a screen shot of it. You are in business to make money, but these issues are counter intuitive to that mission and will cause people like me to just stop doing business with you.

This is a follow up from my last review of this company. They replied to my review and acted like they were going to help with no contact information. I tried all their avenues of emails, etc.. with no response on a resolution. This company is a SCAM promoted by some very well-known people on Civic Radio. It is going on three months, and they have taken my money with no product sent. Do not give this company your money or time.

I thought I was ordering the wellness kit and received the emergency kit. The emergency kit is filled with items I could have purchased at CVS, plus three prescriptions for products I won't use. I've sent three emails and called once, I was on hold for almost an hour and they are not willing to exchange the kit for the original kit I intended to purchase. The worst customer service and I will reporting them to the BBB as well. I'm sure there are better sites where you can get the same meds outside of a "kit" that is full of items you could get on a shopping trip to a CVS.

I placed an order on December 17th and have never received my purchase - I’ve chased numerous times and have just been ignored. They took my money and never sent my kit. Total scam and would not recommend this company and don’t fall for the ads on tv - they have the worst customer service ever!

Ordered a $169.00 Ivermectin Lotion for face. Came promptly and then everything went downhill. The pump didn't work after two times. I went to website and asked for a replacement. The AI was extremely difficult to deal with. The company kept giving a runaround and apparently didn't want to replace or refund the purchase. I disputed the charge and it is still unresolved after 2 plus months. They lied to AMX, even said the product had never been shipped and the customer was commiting fraud! I had every correspondence documented and sent photo of bottle. Still waiting to see how they try to get out of this. The Wellness Company needs to be investigated.
