Ordered Menbendazole/ivermectin for $599.99. Company stated that a medical professional would contact me via phone to consult before shipping out. 3 days later a call came in at 7:30 pm. I didn’t answer as I had already disputed the charge. Was left a vm after the third call 2 days later that the consult would still be charged. Then i received an email with a link to review the consult..,..that it had been completed. What a farce. DO NOT order from this company…..it’s actually a MLM conglomerate. They don’t care anything about you.

It's been almost a month, and I have not received any updates regarding my order and have not received the product. The company only responded to my inquiries when I became worried and submitted a charge-back. The email response that I finally received after emailing them 3 times, was very snarky. It pretty much stated that "we will not refund you or send you the product that you ordered, now that you've disputed the charge." I didn't have a choice but to file a dispute, because this company did not ship the item that I ordered.

They are happy to take your money right away. But won't be easy to get your money back if order not delivered. Their products are not cheap. Their customer support person, Camila feels very "empowered" and insists she is always "right". I would not buy or recommend this company. Another order was not delivered. Their delivery vendor dropped off at the wrong house (picture provided by vendor.) They asked me to contact the delivery vendor instead of them handling the issue. What kind of company does this???

They charge us but did not ship the kit. Then after 8 Days they sent us a text saying that we had to do chats and video. We ask for a refund. They would not give us a refund. Now we have to work through our credit card company.the wellness company is not an honest company. Ed and Liz W

I ordered a medical kit to arrive before my wife and I started travelling. The Wellness Company physician was supposed to call within 48 hours. After 4 days...no call...and was told it would be another two days, Unacceptable. When I called to cancel I was told I could not cancel until the physician contacted me. So I notified my credit card company to issue a dispute and cancellation. Terrible company...terrible service...especially when it is health related. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been calling this company for days with no answer, I’ve sent multiple help requests to support for days with no response. Today, someone finally answered my help request and said my problem was resolved, but when I logged back in, tried once again to place to place my supplement order, the problem still exists. Products may be good, but customer service is horrible.

I ordered a product that costs about $300 and they have me go into a thing where you wait to talk to a nurse for like 15 seconds. I have been in there all day, went running, stayed in there, gardened for hours, still in there waiting, no one is there. Then when I say this in the email they sent me, they send me a useless AI response and then my contacting the site makes the invite link gone. So now I have no way to even go back in and wait for hours more for the nurse. So I called the customer service number, it simply rings and rings and no one answers. What is happening is The Wellness Company was told to have all their customers confirm things with a nurse but TWC does not want to pay for it, so no one is ever there. And they do not want to pay for any customer service people on the phone line. So there is no way to get my $300 product.

my wife and I ordered 2 contagion kits for $552.50. somehow both kits were ordered under my wife’s medical history and unfortunately after several calls to them speaking with reps that have a heavy accent that is difficult to understand we got nowhere remedying the problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
