Do not do business with this company. I ordered one of their skin creams online for $200. The ordering process was very easy. I called customer service after not receiving the product for 2 weeks. They notified me that I couldn't get the cream until one of their doctors had a virtual consult with me. I followed their instructions and requested an appointment with the assigned doctor. After several attempts and multiple emails and no answer back from the doctor I reached out to customer service. It was as if I was in some sort of time warp. Every time I called a customer service rep would tell me a different story of why the doctor would not return my emails or set up an appointment. I purchased the cream in October 2025 and it has been four months going back and forth with customer service. After the first couple of months I told them I wanted a refund and they said it was not possible because 30 days had expired. I told them it was not my fault because the doctor would not return my calls. Then yestereday February 11, 2026 I received an email that my account was refunded minus $50 for the doctor's consultation which I never had, and if I had then they would have sent me my skin cream. This company has exhibits deceiving marketing by not disclosing that its products require a doctor's prescription before any product can be received.

Recently I purchased 2 of the Drops for weight loss. I when the second shipment came I contacted wellness co. To return for a refund. I hadn’t even opened to box from them. And told them so. They refused to let me return the product. I will never purchase from them again. I paid $500 for one month. Frustrating customer….. Rose Olson

They keep dunning me for payment for a subscription which was cancelled. They even email me to reassure me that it has been cancelled, but it just keeps going, day after day, at two in the morning, texts and emails, asking me to update my credit card because payment was declined. They're great at emailing BS apologies, but that's all you get from them: BS!

Extremely, ridiculously expensive! Very disappointed. I was a huge fan of Dr. David McCullough.

The only thing I lost was money. I took DROP for a month and a half, and lost no weight. It did, however, cost me almost $1,000 I'll never see again. I reached out to the company requesting a refund and return instructions for my unused 2nd bottle and next steps regarding the best shipping method and return address. I was told they were "unable to accept a return, issue a refund." I was then asked to leave feedback, which I did, but they did not post my 1st 1-star review. I created a 2nd 1-star review and followed up with customer support to find out why it had not yet been included on their websites reviews. Their response was "We appreciate your follow-up regarding your review and understand your desire to see it posted externally on our website. At this time, we want to address your case internally first to ensure everything is handled with the appropriate care and attention. This allows our team to fully review the situation and provide you with the most accurate resolution before further steps are taken. While we do not have a specific time frame to provide for external postings, please be assured that your perspective is important to us and is being shared with the relevant departments." What needs to be "addressed" as there is no possibility of refund? So not only did their product not help me, but they refused to post negative reviews that warn others about a product that may not work for them. Please consider heavily that it may cost you dearly, as this company does not offer a money-back guarantee to back up it's product claims and restricts the public from knowing about its short comings.

I have heard so much about the company and ratings, so I went on website to purchase the Sheild. Being a eight year brest cancer surviver I thought the product would help me. Then I saw the cost. I'm retired and on a low income, I can't afford that, my heart sank. So I guess it's only for the wealthy

I placed an order for Ivermectin for $599 and gave them all of the information. I received an email confirming the shipping and billing address (which is my home address in WI as I am in AZ for the winter) They sent the pills to the WI address and it sat in freezing weather. When I called them they said they ship to the address that was on my medical sheet. I asked for a copy and they said they destroy the sheet for privacy reasons. I sent them copies of the email confirming the shipping address and was told I would not be receiving a refund or a new shipment. Terrible customer service and will not use again. Customer Service was very rude.

Can NOT AFFORD to use this place.My Wife has stage 3 Lung cancer and She had to quit her job cutting our household income by over 2/3. This..."outfit"..WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. THANKS for letting poor people down. I'm just being truthful .
