The most thoughtful medical provider.
I do not understand how you can have bad reviews. Maybe some improvements to the website customer interaction with better controls when filing in medical history etc, but that is minor! Your company has the best Medical minds for holistic therapy and illness prevention, the best of the best, Dr Peter McCullough and Drew Pinsky and the others I have not mentioned. Health Starts Here
I use several supplements and medications from The Wellness Company, including HistaCalm, Krill Oil, Healthy Heart, and ivermectin. I appreciate having the ability to take an active role in managing my healthcare with products developed by highly respected physicians. HistaCalm has been a standout for me. It has worked like a charm for my allergies and has made a noticeable difference in how I feel. Just as impressive is TWC's customer service. Every time I've had a question, I've reached a friendly, knowledgeable person without long wait times or endless phone menus. That kind of personal service is hard to find today. Excellent customer support
First I have to say that “The Wellness company” has excellent customer support. I had some questions and concerns and all were addressed quickly and completely. I just received the product and I’m very happy. Great job Carin!

Excellent Customer Service
I didn't realize I had bought something that was on auto delivery. I reached out from the confirmation email and I asked to cancel my order. The Wellness Company responded in seconds and canceled my order right away!! Now that's what you call Excellent Customer Service with out a doubt, Thank you!!

Quality products
I have been using Therablue for pain in my hip joint and it has worked remarkably well. I reached out to customer service regarding another product and they were so prompt in replying and personally answered by question with thoughtfulness, I think the company is ethical and they produce quality products. I recommend The Wellnwss Company.

My experience with them was positive
My experience with them was positive. I had a couple of items ordered, but received only one item at first while both items were marked as "delivered." I contacted their customer support, and got their response quite quickly. The tone of their response was sympathetic and caring, and I did receive the 2nd item without problem.

I'm pretty happy for the most part with…
I'm pretty happy for the most part with the company. I ordered the methylene blue. Somehow the shipping company brought it to the wrong town it took a little bit for them to straighten it out the wellness company sent me another bottle of methylene blue then the other company straightened everything out so I ended up with two bottles. Only got charged for one. They rectified everything extremely fast. I do like this company.BUT, I am absolutely not a fan of their AI email responses. You can't really get a hold of anybody to talk to and if you do they don't have answers. Cuz I got two different types of pills of methylene blue. Each pill looks different I wonder why? nobody can give me an answer. everyone asks for lot numbers. I threw the boxes out I don't have boxes for lot numbers. I'm not a hoarder. I can't get an answer. But I gave a five-star because I am happy with the company.
