Forty seven days after placing an order for the Medical Emergency Kit, I have still not received it. I questioned the status of the order after about three weeks and they told me I needed to have a on-line medical consultation with their provider. I did that about a week after receiving that notification. The "consultation" consisted of one question; "did I have any liver issues?" I said no and they said they would proceed with the order. I do get a quick response from their customer service each time I ask about the order status. First they said it was shipped. Then a week later they said it was delayed. I do not think they have any intention of filling the order. I plan on cancelling it and requesting funds be returned to my credit card.

After using the so-called “McCullough protocol” based on its advertised claims, but it does not deliver any real benefits. As a customer, I feel misled and that my money was wasted.

Worst customer experience ever!! Humiliating practitioner was so very rude, cold, condescending. Price for meds unbelieveably high. They dealt with the concerns a i had in a very poor, actually non-caring manner. I was truly shocked and disheartened by the whole experiene and $600 price tag. I hope to never again have to deal with this company! That Dr. McCullough would found such a horrible company is beyond me. Customer service is overseas. It astonishes me that those who complain about the current system don't do one lick better!

If we could give ZERO stars to THE WELLNESS COMPANY we would. We ordered/paid for one kit in Fall of 2024 and received it in reasonable amount of time. HOWEVER, we order a second kit May 2025 and paid $249. To this day Feb 14, 2026 have never received the kit we ordered in May of 2025. We have called and emailed numerous times--they say they will take care of it and NEVER do. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !

Horrible. Advertises medication for the cold and flu season, but contains nothing for colds. When I called the customer service number I was transferred to someone who didn’t understand English very well and made numerous mistakes. She put me on hold several times and disconnected the call. When I called back, I was told me to take something for an STD. I don’t have an STD. Very dangerous and horrible scam. Don’t waste your money or sacrifice your health. They also said to call a provider instead or go to the ER, which defeats the purpose.

I ordered the Wellness company product called Drop. When I received it , I noticed that it said to watch for side effects, but it did not say what those potential side effects would be. Needless to say, I did not take the medicine. But instead, called and asked for a list of the side effects that might be experienced. They were refused to tell me the side effects that they themselves warned of, saying instead that I would have to make an appointment with a doctor to learn the side effects. I immediately sent a letter in writing canceling my subscription and asking for my money back for the first set of drops that I received since I would not take them without knowing the side effects. Several weeks later , I received a NEW charge for the SECOND Drops for hundreds of dollars even though I had canceled in writing. I called and spoke first with Roper and then Jason , both of whom confirmed that I would NOT be getting my money back for the second set of drops , which I had not even received yet, but which had been charged to my bank account. Beware!!!! If a company won't even tell you what the potential side effects are without having to pay for a doctor's appointment, you know, you're in trouble! Sadly , this company seems to be nothing more than a scheme to make money. I am very shocked that Dr.Peter Mccullough is associated with them and very , very disappointed. I will be contacting the state's attorney general's office in my state and in Florida , where their headquarters are. I will also be lodging complaints every place possible. SHAME ON YOU WELLNESS COMPANY!
