Could not connect with their in house professionals to get approval for ivermectin so I canceled the order. $50 charge to cancel the order. Hey Wellness Company how about disclosing this when I'm making the order.

My husband ordered “The Drop” for us and our daughter to all try together for weight loss. DO NOT waste your money. We’ve all been on it for 2 months and have actually GAINED weight while eating less. UPDATE 3/26: @twc I’m curious to know where you’ve requested this info. My husband has not gotten any emails or calls requesting this- and I haven’t given you his name or order number. What exactly have you requested? Or is this just an auto response to make the public think your customer service is somehow accommodating? Prior to me writing this review, my husband used your chat feature to cancel the recurring order and asked for a refund. He was told no refunds- despite having spent $1500/ month for 3 of us to gain weight. I’d be happy to send back my unused portion for you to inspect, because this was not only a disappointment, but a total ripoff.

This people are a bunch of thieves they charge good money for their products and they automatically put you in a subscription even if you didn’t authorize it and then if you want to return the product because you don’t want it, or didn’t work or authorized it you’re in tough luck you’re stuck with it! And lost your money! Because they don’t have returns or don’t accept returns no matter what!!!! I have never encountered with a company that does what these corrupt people have as their policy!!! This is called stealing and misleading people!!! I feel sorry for the elderly people that they will not read sometimes the fine print and will be loosing their money like I did! I ordered one time a product from them and they automatically put me in a subscription and sent me the same product I ordered the following month and charged me for it! I called them to cancel and to return both bottles of the product they sent me because the first one I ordered didn’t work didn’t do anything and I called them and told them I wanted to return both bottles and wanted my money back and they said they didn’t accept returns at all! I lost my money for the first bottle I ordered and for the one that I didn’t order! These crooks should be out of business and put in jail for stealing money from people!!!!

They left out one medication they said was in the kit. Because we discovered it 5days after the 30 day policy they claim was told to us, they refused to deliver the missing med.

I assume this company is reputable, but I'm not certain what's really in the pills and they take forever to send the product. I received a text stating that a doctor would contact me. That never happened. The communication is simply horrible. Everytime I called, I spoke to a foreigner that could barely speak English. Once your order is sent to the pharmacy, you can't cancel.

REFUSED TO CANCEL ! Ordered emergency kit. Was difficult process with portal. Decided to cancel & contacted them 2 times in less than 3 hours after order placed. 1 by e mail & 1 by phone. They refused to cancel the order. Nothing but excuses. Already shipped- 3 hours. Then already processed. Nothing but excuses & refused to cancel Customer service is horrible & I feel like I have been scammed out of $255

This company is a scam. Don't be fooled by the fact it's endorsed by the doctor we trusted through Covid. Dr. Peter McCullough should be ashamed that his name is on this company. It is a a scam. Take heed to the reviews - 50% are 1 star reviews for a reason. After ordering Ivermectin + Mebendazole, it was delivered to me in a bottle with a torn label so in essence a bottle of prescription medication was sent to me with no identifying label showing the name of the medicine, the name of the prescriber or patient, dosage instructions, etc. This was unacceptable and unlawful. It took 6 months of relentless phone calls, emails, poor reviews, and then finally the threat of legal action for this company to do the right thing. Their lack of customer service is an understatement. Think long and hard before investing time and money in this company. There are better options.

When I first ordered the Drop product to assist me with my weight loss goals I absolutely trusted their doctored opinion since they are doctors. After a month nothing has changed. I'm working out 2 plus hours 4 days a week. This is a scam. I understand now why theres no moneyback gaurantee. It doesn't work. As doctors this whole group should be ashamed of themselves offering a useless item. Now I'm out $500 which unlike doctors I don't have to blow on a fake product. Shame on you shysters!
