I have purchased 2 Wellcare Kits for home and office. I assumed after first purchase the second would be easy. Big mistake. Received calls & texts from Fla & I coukd not even begin to understand the caller the Cuban accent was do thick. Ordered the Weught Loss Drops. I gained so much weight in 2 weeks I had to quit. Perhaps they will have better luck with the mint tablets.

B E W A R E O R D E R I N G F R O M T H I S C O M P A N Y ! ! ! I wanted to order the Nasal & Throat Spray from this company. I searched and found it on their website... and added what said "Nasal + Throat Spray" to my cartand purchased it... and when the order arrived... it was ONLY the "Nasal" Spray that arrived. When I called the company... in my first call... the agent told me that the "Throat" Spray was on backorder... and said that I would receive it shortly. Time passed... and nothing came. I called a second time... and this time... the agent informed me that I had only ordered the "Throat" Spray. I argued with that agent that I had in fact ordered both. While I was on the phone with them... I quickly went to pull up my email to confirm with that agent that I had ordered both. To my surprise... upon CLOSE inspection of my email (photo attached... you be the judge)... it did in fact say that I ordered "Nasal + Throat Spray" but underneath in much smaller FINE print... it said only "Throat" Spray. I told the agent that it was deceptive advertising... and told them that they really should correct that in their system to avoid confusion with future shoppers. BUT upon that closer inspection of the email... it alsonoticed that it said in smaller FINE print again "30 day subscription with 10% discount" (you be the judge from my attached photo). Mind you... I at NO point selected any type of "subscription" when placing my order. Apparently their system is designed to automatically place your order as a "subscription" BY DEFAULT!!! THAT IS DECEPTIVE AND WRONG!!! Honestly... who needs a "preventative" medication that's meant to be used only in the event that you're exposed to someone who might be sick... as an AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION??? Anyway... since I discovered this issue WHILE I was already on the phone with an agent... I immediately asked that agent to CANCEL any and all subscriptions!!! The agent said okay... and while I waited... they eventually confirmed to me that all subscriptions had in fact been canceled. I also took the time to inform that agent that they also need to address the deceptive issue of forcing buyers into UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTIONS!!! I thought I was done... BUT WAS I MISTAKEN!!! From the time I placed my initial order... I was inundated with junk emails from The Wellness Company filing my inbox from that day forward... trying to get me to purchase other products. I ignored their emails... already annoyed with the deceptive practices of this company. Turns out that one of those emails I assumed was junk... was actually informing me that my "SUBSCRIPTION ORDER" of Throat Spray was going to ship out to me. I never read it... assuming it was junk. Within a couple of days... a new box of Throat Spray was at my door... and. the MONEY HAD BEEN STOLEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! I NEVER OPENED THE BOX OR PACKAGE... and I then IMMEDIATELY called them the SAME DAY... wanting to return the product. I was informed that they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I WAS FURIOUS GIVEN I HAD CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor... because as far as I was concerned... it was their fault... and I deserved a refund regardless of their return policy. I was informed by the agent that "all calls are recorded"... told that there's no supervisors are available by phone... and told I would heart from one via email. The supervisor contacted me via email stating that they don't accept returns and all sales are final. I asked her to PLEASE listen to my calls... and provided her with the dates and times of my calls... but the supervisor claimed that they did listen to my recorded calls... and heard nothing about me canceling my subscription... they only heard me complaining about the issue with confusion over only Nasal Spray or Nasal & Throat Spray combination... and reiterated their policy on no returns or refunds... and told me that her decision was final. In that instant... I truly knew she hadn't listened to my entire call from beginning to end... as I well knew that issue regarding the cancelation of a "subscription" was handled towards the end of the call... after addressing the issue with confusion over the products. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND THEIR COMPANY IS DESIGNED TO CONFUSE AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM TWC: My unwanted & unapproved order number is as follows Order: TWC#1036937 FUNNY YOU REPLY NOW SAYING YOU'LL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS... BUT DURING NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS & EMAILS... YOU GUYS DIDN'T GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS... NOR DID YOU ALLOW A RETURN AND ISSUE ME A REFUND FOR PRODUCT THAT YOU SENT ME THAT I DIDN'T ORDER... & IS LITERALLY SITTING HERE UNOPENED AND STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. YOUR REFUSAL TO DO THE RIGHT THING WILL COST YOU FAR MORE THAN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF YOU GUYS HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! This company is a total scam. I canceled within 2 hours after ordering after reconsidering my medical issues.They then tried to charge me $50 dollars for a consultation with a physician that never took place. I paid for and returned the unopened kit and they still refused to refund my credit card. $255 dollars gone just like that.

My husband ordered the First Aid medical kit and the Medicine kit. Each one is $299. He called on the delivery status of the Medicine kit and then received two Medicine kits instead of just one. We were charged for both. I called them to tell that we do not need 2 and I want to send one back. She said they cannot accept pharmaceutical pills back since it is against the law. I contacted the company again and was told, even though it was a misunderstanding, they will not refund our money. What?????? They made the mistake on their end and we have to pay $299 for it!!! This is very unethical and a very poor response to our request. I am disputing the charge with the credit card company. Do not buy their products!!!!!!

I ordered my products over a month ago and I’ve sent them for email questioning the delay in shipping and they just say that it’s delayed in shipping and it will be shipped but there’s no indication that the shipping number they gave me is even legitimate. I would not trust them.

I order my kit then changed my mind when they wanted too much medical history info. I cancelled it with the hour. I sent them two emails to which they didn't respond and had to call them. I was informed by them that ALL SALES are finale, but they would give me a list of options. I informed them that I read their refund and cancel policy which clearly states as long as you DO NOT completed the medical form and submit it, you get a full refund. Finally the sales represent, sorry you're right. It took a little bit of arm twisting to get my refund, BUT NOW I've receive NINE emails telling me finish completing my medical form, even though I've finally got my refund. Now they tell me that the reason I'm getting the SPAMMING from then is it's a glitch in their system. I call that total BS. The company is inept and I still get spammed by them. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy. So I now get a reply from this inept company to provide them with the details so they can investigate it??? I've already spoken to them 4 times. Their reply is a standard BOT response, nothing more. I stand by my experience with them. They are totally inept. Buyer beware and run away fast from a company like this.

This company is a scam. I ordered the emergency travel kit and it only came with junk you can find in your own medicine cabinet at home. None of the antibiotics promised in the description came with the kit. When I contacted them they basically said too bad, we don't issue refunds and we don't care that you got something different than what was described. So now I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Save your money, don't ever order from them!

Ordered the medical kit Feb13th, even though I have been told it is coming several times. It was supposed to be delivered Wednesday , then Thursday, today Friday March 13, I check and FedEx info has changed.At least the company is quick at taking payment
