I gave 3 stars, not because of bad product or service, because of availability. The kits seem to be full and complete with all the meds but the availability is not there for everyone. I am on disability and leaving the house is not a viable idea. I am also on SSD. I cant barely afford groceries for the month and the price of these kits are way out of my budget. Cant there be a way to work with medicare and medicaid to make them available for seniors. They could benefit from these kits most as, most of the meds in the kit will help a senior in an emergency and be beneficial to aiding doctors in treating illness and infections immediately in the home.

I was about to order H2Focus when a…
I was about to order H2Focus when a deal popped up stating that if I purchased $45 dollars worth of product, I would get $45 off my full order. I then proceeded to purchase two bottles of H2Focus when another deal popped up saying that I would get $35 off if I spent $35. I wanted to take advantage of the original deal. I called the company to rectify this discrepancy only to find out that several companies outside of TWC sell their products in spite of the fact that I was ordering directly from the TWC website. The representatives for the company resolution is being handled from people in the Philippines working on a set script. I've order multiple products from TWC and I am dismayed at their focus to just push their sales at all cost then to provide good customer service commensurate with their product reputation. I won't order anything else from this company that does not think enough of my loyalty to do things right.

Disappointed Customer
To date, I have ordered 2 products from the Wellness Company-Drop & Tirzepatide. Both for weight loss. However, I come to fine out after spending several thousand of dollars that Drop is NOT for weight loss, but for weight control! Big difference. That is not what they originally advertised. When I signed up for Tirzepatide & asked numerous questions about the product as I informed them that DROP DID NOT WORK for me...this is when I was informed about Drop. But, Tirzepatide is on the line GLP for weight loss. I was told that I had to complete their medical information forms & was told that a doctor would contact me after reviewing them. NEVER heard from a doctor, but the product was shipped to me. I called customer service who said -"well if you want to schedule a call with a doctor you can"? She told me that a doctor did review my medical forms & approved the release of Tirzepatide, even through their information states that a Doctor spoke with me?? The second issue was the agent on the phone didn't apply a discount code of "Trim" to my first order so she instructed me to call prior to my 2nd order & explain what happened & they could apply the discount code then. I called prior to the next shipment & had a hassle with customer service & requested they have a manager contact me. They did. However, I told them that their customer service agents do NOT provide accurate detailed information. I am disappointed with the company as I admire Dr. McCullough & was the reason I decided to use their products.

Ordered the Wellness Kit of…
Ordered the Wellness Kit of prescription medications through a TV ad. They immediately charged my credit card the full amount, then the website instructed me to fill out their forms before they would ship the product. I kept getting notifications that the forms had not been filled out, gave me a person to contact by Email and still did not ship the product. I therefore decided I no longer wanted the product and wanted a refund. According to them because I had filled out the Medical part, no refund was available I would have had to decline the medical in order to get the refund. I then contacted my credit card company and stop payment. I then contacted the Federal Trade Commission setting up a buyer beware. I contacted the BBB who of course sited with the Wellness Company. I finally got my refund today after a month of writing and complaining. In the end their commercial is very misleading to the public, it sounds Easy Peezy but is not.

Outraged over tampeted product and outsourcing
I received a medical emergency kit about a year ago, but did not consider using it for the ivermectin until about six months ago. The bottle had been tampered with, and I was short several tablets, with some tablet debris included. Customer Support told me not to use the ivermectin, and would not replace the bottle, claiming too much time had gone by since purchase. They did not recommend a check any of the bottles in the kit for problems, though I did and found none. I was speaking to a foreign born individual and asked where he was. His response was simply that the company outsourced. I find this all outrageous.

Ordering Process is Horrible
I've been ordering from the Wellness Company for a few years. For the most part the medications have been good (a couple of times the pills fell apart into dust); however, their ordering system is horrific. Not only are the numerous issues with ordering involving the screen freezing, the system not progressing correctly through the various screens, the system saying that a section is complete and then later on the system claiming it isn't complete or etc. The most recent issue was that my credit card needed to be updated to a new expiration date - which isn't a problem for other online websites - yet this simple issue put my whole order into a tailspin and locked up everything. So I hopped onto another laptop and tried ordering and nope, even though the credit card was updated, the error screen was still there. When I finally was able to get through that, I found out my medical intake form hadn't submitted correctly. So I refilled out that and now supposedly my order is complete, got confirmation that a doctor completed the order, and now the system is telling me that my intake form wasn't submitted, despite the email saying it was completed. There is an AI chat that has claimed numerous things - yes it was filled out, no it wasn't and etc - and that now this order will be handed over to some team, no date when the order will be looked at. Bottom line there is NO way for a customer to see what has or hasn't happened with the order and since their process is as slow as molasses, you can wait for weeks even if everything is correct.
On top of all of this, their shipment tracking system is notorious for inaccuracies. Can't tell you how many times the system says the order is in transit after I've already received it. To add insult to injury the only way I can even see any information about tracking is through the Shop app. Well, my account on Shop was hacked a few weeks ago and Shop has absolutely NO ONE to talk to about hacking issues and their bot automatically and consistently tells customers that the problem is from the company the order was placed through...even when there's no company that can be traced. So I along with thousands of others have been left to delete our Shop accounts due to no customer service or service to look into the hacking. So now on my Wellness Company order I can't even go into any tracking and the company has NEVER sent me tracking information in an email that I could look up.
While this is a huge company with what appears to be a good following, their ordering process is hideous and beyond frustrating. So after years of frustration and numerous emails and survey forms filled out explaining the issues, I am currently looking for an alternative company to get these orders filled.

After initial success...
After initial success, my last experience with The wellness Company went terribly wrong, when the firm shipped a subscription item that had been previously cancelled. I wrote customer service to ask for a refund, and was told that this would not happen (I would have of course returned the item unopened, in its original packaging). Apparently, it is perfectly normal for a medical/health concern to forbid returns. But it is not remotely correct to refuse at least a partial refund or the provision of a compensatory item of lesser value when an algorithmic failure occurs. TWC finally explained that two subscriptions for the item in question somehow existed and only one of those had effectively been cancelled when I first asked the company to do so. The formulation that I bought was a gift for an elder cousin, who explained that after three weeks of faithful use the product had failed him utterly. Now consider the following: why would I have two concurrent subscriptions for one product that was declared a bust within one month of commencing usage? This odd meltdown by TWC's online system was dismissed completely by the customer service representatives with whom I dealt--and any kind of compensation for this outright confiscation of my funds was declared impossible, all of that with cheerfully dismissive language, which somehow made this unfortunate episode more galling. The Wellness Company has many interesting products available, but the cavalier attitude of those who represent them has left me wondering if anything they sell is actually worthwhile. I have terminated my 1Wellness Select membership and will from now onward shop for medication elsewhere.
