DON'T USE THEM!!!
DON'T USE THEM!!!! They took total advantage of my 90 year old mother. She has purchased thousands of dollars from them and their products to not work! As you can imagine, she is has zero technology skills, but they notified her one time via email three days before renewal amongst the hundreds of spam emails they send. They scammed her on a $99.99 subscription and the day it renewed, we called to get a refund and they will NOT refund it! DO NOT USE THEM. Their product does not work... my mom's cancer is getting much worse and they are ok with taking advantage of a 91 year old woman.

I ordered the kit and told the
I ordered the kit and told the. I was allergic to penicillin when the prompt asked then I get a call saying that since im allergic to penicillin I will only get half of the medication for the same full price or i could cancel and I said go ahead and cancel the they charged me a $50 cancelation fee that they didn't mention. Complete joke, buy from Jase !
Response from The Wellness CompanySep 23, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the medication options provided based on your penicillin allergy and the cancellation fee. Our website advises that customers disclose any known medication allergies in their Medical History Form. Based on allergies and other medical details, one or more medications may not be prescribed and may require substitution. We also wanted to clarify that the $50 service fee was applied because the provider had already reviewed your Medical History Form and order processing had begun. Our policy states: “If you decline to speak with the provider or otherwise interfere with the prescription process, a $50 processing fee may apply.” We apologize if this information was not clear during the process and appreciate your feedback. Disappointment
The products are excellent, but I am extremely annoyed. I initially placed an order and made a mistake by setting up a subscription; I realized it too late and tried to fix the issue, but it was impossible. Consequently, I had to pay for medication I don't need, as The Wellness Company claims it is impossible to cancel an order. From my perspective, that was a scam. I admit I made a mistake, but the fact that it is impossible to resolve is outrageous—especially for a company that supposedly respects itself and its customers to have such an attitude and policies.
Response from The Wellness CompanySep 23, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding the subscription and cancellation process. We appreciate you acknowledging the mistake and sharing your feedback about how the situation was handled. We’d like to clarify that our website provides the option to choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription before adding a product to the cart and again before proceeding to checkout. We also send email notifications 3 days before a scheduled order or subscription renewal is processed to allow customers time to make any necessary changes. We understand your disappointment that the order could not be canceled once processing had begun. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback as we continue working to make our ordering and subscription processes as clear as possible. Best Regards, TWC Team

Wake up in a hurry …
I’ve noticed in the comments of many many people are complaining about their horrible experiences, as I did, with the ordering process of this company. I also see that instead of offering any real help to the upset customer, or ensuring that they are working on fixing the problem, they simply send the same condescending “canned” email to each customer to shut them up and discount their feedback. This shows that customer service means nothing to this company and you can see trom their stats that there are almost an. equal amount of 1 star ratings as there are 5 start ratings. That is showing you all something for sure. I would think the shareholders of this company would want to do something about this ratio of dissatisfaction in their ordering processes. Unfortunately, as time progresses, customers will take their business elsewhere and companies with these low performances will go out of business. I hope they wake up in time before that happens.

I was sent something that I didn't…
I was sent something that I didn't order and when I tried to return it for a refund they said it was company policy not to accept any returns even though I had not even opened the package it was sent in. I will not order anything else from them. They were even overcharging me for the item they sent.
Response from The Wellness CompanySep 18, 2026

We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We’d like to clarify that our website provides customers with the option to choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription before adding a product to the cart and again before proceeding to checkout. We also send email notifications 3 days before a scheduled order or subscription renewal is processed to help customers make any necessary changes. Regarding returns, certain products, including prescription medications, are not eligible for return once they have been dispensed and delivered due to applicable safety requirements. We understand this may not have been the resolution you expected, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the clarity of our policies and pricing. Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. Best Regards, TWC Team

Very disappointed that I was sent two…
Very disappointed that I was sent two kits and thought I had bought one. I was told I could not get refund because they are medicines. I believe this was done intentionally to confuse customers.
Response from The Wellness CompanySep 17, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment regarding receiving two kits. We apologize for any confusion surrounding your order. Upon review, we can confirm that this was placed as a Family Order, which includes two Medical Emergency Kits—one for each of the following individuals from your household Before adding the product to your cart, the selected quantity is displayed, and the checkout page also shows the quantity and corresponding price before the purchase is completed. We also apologize that we’re unable to provide a refund in this case. The order was successfully delivered, and because the kits contain prescription medications specifically prescribed for the intended individuals, they cannot be returned once dispensed and delivered. We understand that this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the ordering process as clear as possible. Best Regards, TWC Team

Poor shipping, intentional support delay policies
Poor shipping, consistent delays in support based on internal delay policies. Support is responsive but well trained in delaying resolution. This lack of quality in shipping partners seems very deliberate and cost driven. Products seem to be viable, but at what cost to customer frustration.
Response from The Wellness CompanySep 15, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concerns regarding shipping delays and the time it took to resolve your concerns. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and recognize how important timely delivery and efficient support are to our customers. We’re glad to hear that our support team was responsive, but we’re sorry that the resolution process felt unnecessarily delayed. Your feedback regarding our shipping partners and support processes is valuable and has been shared with the appropriate teams for review. We have requested your information so we can further investigate your experience, review the circumstances surrounding your order, and better understand what occurred. We appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve our service and customer experience. Best Regards, TWC Team
