I've had 2 experiences. I ordered the Wellness medical kit. They charged my card 3 times for 1 kit. AMEX finally got charges reversed Second recent order was for DROPS. I did not sign up for auto ship yet monthly orders keep coming at $400 per month and I can't stop it. This product is absolutely useless and I have actually gained weight. Very difficult to connect with & non responsive. STAY AWAY !!!

Honestly, my experience at the Wellness clinic was really frustrating from start to finish. Right off the bat, communication was confusing—I had trouble figuring out what time my appointment was supposed to be because the times weren’t clear, and I couldn’t tell which time zone we were using. When I tried to join the appointment through Doxy.Me, it just didn’t work. I kept waiting and refreshing, but nothing happened, and there was no clear way to get help or reach someone quickly. After all that hassle, I decided to cancel my order, but even that wasn’t straightforward. I had already filled out all my medical information when I found out there was a $50 non-refundable fee. That really stung—it felt like I was being punished for things beyond my control. Honestly, I left feeling taken advantage of and more stressed than before I even reached out for help. I wish the process had been clearer and more supportive from the start. I have emails & phone records to back up my frustration.

Genuinely awful experience with them. I'm sure the products are good, but if you have any issues that need customer support you'll find them out to lunch. I had to schedule a telehealth appointment first after my purchase with them - but they sent no emails or text message to do so. After two weeks I reached out to them and they setup the call. Call was easy and the next day they sent my package. Two weeks go by and I track the package and it's been "delayed" en route to me. 12 days later the package is still delayed in the same place which means it's either been lost or stolen. Keep in mind it's now three weeks after they shipped it. And every time I email customer support at The Wellness Company they either don't respond or send a generic "It's On It's Way!" email. God help you if you need their help.

I ordered an Emergency kit on 3/6/26. I had someone reply to me saying order is confirmed for 2027. I asked for 2026. I keep emailing but no response. Heard absolutely nothing from them. I have been emailing for 3 days with no response!!!!

After seeing this company advertise on one of my favorite television channels which is Fox News, I decided to order one of their wellness kits. Before I ordered my kit I emailed some questions about how many treatments are in the kit and what the cost of replenishing the kit was and I was met with a return email that stated that they couldn’t give me an exact figure because who I was communicating back-and-forth with was not from the company that you would order the product from. When I was asking them who I can communicate with to find out my questions they got very indignant and I didn’t hear back from them for several weeks. But I actually tried to order my kit I was told I had to speak to or at least communicate with someone that was supposed to be a physician that would approve me through certain questioning procedures. After a period of weeks I was told I was approved and I gave my credit information and paid $299 for a kit but during that time I kept asking how many pills for each sickness I would receive and how much it cost to replenish the dosages but I was met with very frustrating communications by someone who claimed that they did not work in the Florida office and they didn’t know the answers to my questions. After several weeks and not receiving my wellness kit I began once again trying to communicate with them to find out where my ticket was because when I checked my PayPal account they had debited my credit card but they kept telling me that they didn’t debit the card and they don’t debit it until be kit a ship however my credit card statement showed they debited my account so now I was dealing with liars. it became such an issue that I told him to cancel my order and return my money but eventually I had to request a charge back from my credit company and now it’s been almost 8 months and I see that commercials constantly on TV and wish that I could let people know how disgraceful this company is but obviously they spend millions of money they probably stole from hundreds of thousands of customers for their commercials. Unfortunately, this site will not let me post a copy of my receipt of purchase which I never received my kit. Well typically of dealing with sites that you're allowed to post past experiences with a review, the exact thing I expected to happen did happen the company contacts me as if they were really concerned about what occurred and I sent him a copy of the receipt that was sent nearly a year ago to me and then I received at least eight voice messages from someone who claimed to be a representative the company so they have all the information they truly need, but because Trustpilot doesn’t hold these people’s feet to the fire, they don’t really care and they just throw something up on Trustpilot just to show that they’re trying to deal with the issue, but if I don’t constantly check Trustpilot will lower my rating of my review because many times they take the side of the business in the actions they take.

The company advertised, and I subsequently ordered, a medical emergency kit that would be very useful while spending extended periods abroad. I was instead sent a marginally useful first aid kit that you could purchase anywhere for a third of the price. I contacted the company to exchange the kits which were the identical same price. They refused, and declined my request to speak with a supervisor.

Purchased an emergency kit in June 2025. Ordered refill for 3 different items. Only one item shipped and delivered but charged for all three. They claim they don’t charge you until they determine what is approved for refill. I was charged one day after ordering. Never notified only one item refill was approved. Shouldn’t they anticipate people will have an emergency and need to use products in the kit? Almost 2 weeks after I was charged, I had to call and get details on my order and demand refund of what was not shipped. Still no credit yet. This company is a scam. Similar to other reviews, I ordered a very expensive product and never received it. The doctor I spoke to on the phone to authorize the prescription sounded like he was half asleep. After repeated attempts to contact them I finally got a couple of replies saying they would get back to me in 1-2 days, which of course they never did. They don't answer the phone. I told them I was disputing the charge and asked them to cancel and refund the order and they said they couldn't do that because the prescription was "at the pharmacy" where it's allegedly been for a month. DO NOT send this company your money.
