I ordered Metformin from the TWC, supposedly I had a virtual appointment with a doctor I never talked to. I received and emailed confirmation for my fake appointment and call. I only submitted a questionnaire and they approved my medicine with that alone. Then, the nightmare started: No way of tracking your order, and showed pending delivery for weeks, until I called and the lady told me it was delivered 10 days from the day of my call. I never received the medicine and had to check with USPS which they could not find it due to the length of the delivery. TWC made me to go get a police report for the issue and I did, The police told me this company should be sending this medicine with signature require or something to proof delivery, plus I paid for shipping but they want to make money out of that as well. They took a month to go through that and now the second shipment, no tracking again, I emailed this people daily trying to get a tracking and a few days ago they sent me th tracking number, and the result was DELIVERED A WEEK AGO, so guess what! yup no item, and go back to the police to file a report for it again. They won't even give me a full refund after putting me through this hell! very unorganized and they dont seem like a scammy company knowing the doctors that are behind it. But they have the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased and received the Wellness Company emergency medical kit which is essentially a collection of antibiotics and ivermectin. I have no problem with the purchase. The problem I have is with the advertisements for the Emergency Medical Kit. I have seen the advertisements for the Emergency Medical Kit that use the wording "cold and flu season" or "flus". COLDS AND FLUS ARE VIRUSES AND ANTIBIOTICS DO NOT WORK AGAINST VIRUSES THEY ONLY WORK AGAINST BACTERIAL INFECTIONS. The only kit offered by The Wellness Company that has an antiviral in it is the Contagion Emergency Kit, which includes a generic Tamiflu prescription. It should be noted, that miss use of antibiotics leads to antibiotic resistant infections. The use of the words colds and flus in their advertisements should be reserved specifically for the kit that contains the antiviral generic tamiflu to avoid the misuse of the antibiotics by uninformed and/or unaware buyers.

I placed an order with The Wellness Company and attempted to cancel it the SAME DAY due to a misleading cancellation process on their website. Their system includes an extra step that made it appear the order was cancelled when it was not. I reached out immediately to correct it, but instead of resolving the issue, their support team hid behind a “final sale” policy. Here’s the problem: • They won’t accept a return due to “health and safety” • They won’t issue a refund • Yet their system actively prevents proper cancellation You can’t have it both ways. If a customer tries to cancel immediately and your system fails them, that’s not the customer’s fault—that’s your process. I even offered to cover return shipping and simply asked them to waive a $15 fee tied to a process that didn’t work correctly. That request was denied. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer-first thinking. Buyers should be aware before ordering.

I ordered this item and was cleared by the doctor to receive it on March 14 and 15 consecutively. The kit did not arrive at my house until April 6th. I called twice to cancel the order because it was taking so long and there was no shipping information available. They told me I could not cancel the order because it had been given to the carrier already. The carrier did not receive the package until April 2, so they were lying. I am not worried about even taking their drugs since they lied to me about shipping.

TWC SPIKE DETOX almost killed me. I went to the hospital for 2 days. I took it 3 weeks after. Noticed it CAUSED my issues, fighting for my life to breathe. All caused by the wellness company’s spike detox. The entire time I was sick, I was not able to breathe. It caused issues to my lungs hopefully not permanently. You can look it up on Google yourself. This almost KILLED ME. I AM 25!!!!

They continued to send supplements that we did not order! I ordered one bottle of the Ultimate Detox for my elderly dad to see if it would assist with his inability to smell since Covid. They didn’t work. Then, we received a second bottle several months later. No one answers the customer service line and the e-mail address I used to tell them to stop sending. The pill didn’t work. This is not a good Look Dr. McCullough! You are losing credibility. I will take this up with American Express.

I ordered a product for weight loss. The product came in yesterday. I didn't open it at all and never used it. I looked at the paperwork of the side effects and talked to my medical doctor, he suggested I do not take this. plus they wanted you to take 4 pills a day. I looked up refund policy and it said as long as you don't use the product refund was fine. I called customer service and was told some products can't be returned. This was 79.00. Total useless company.
