I placed an order on April 14th I was called on the 16th and told how to take the medication. They charged my card.
It is nearly 3 weeks later and refuse to refund my money because they've said multiple times now that it's already in shipping, too late to cancel but everyday it's nothing. Not shipped.
I've been emailed to rudely and spoken on the phone to rudely.

Still waiting……,
Been almost a month and still haven't received my order. The pharmacist never called to confirm and repeated texts and calls only result in the same message that the order is being processed.

I had my consultation and have not received product
I had my consultation and received notice that RX placed on April 17. I received 2 different text messages on the the 17th stating the prescription had been written/approved. Below is shipping information from the website. It states prescription are sent 2-3 business days after approval which was April 17. I have yet to receive my product. Even if it was shipped USPS it should have arrived. Webiste needs to be updated with the actual time frame for receiving products.

Grossly unprofessional
Attempt to get a virtual MD visit was a ridiculous nightmare. It was confusing & difficult to schedule in the first place necessitating contact with customer service, then my husband never received the appointment confirmation email as promised in the instructions, necessitating another call to customer service. Their response? They told my husband to email the doctor directly, to work it out with him. Our elite membership that we each paid $1000 for was NOT with the doctor, it was with TWC, so TWC is who we expect to resolve problems with their process. My husband also inquired why this process required him to provide our credit card # again, when TWC already had that on file with our membership. They made up some stupid reason that turned out to be a flat out lie (see below). The appt confirmation email was received a mere one hour prior to the appt time, containing the first notice my husband received that a half hour's with of paperwork was required prior to the appt. He rushed through the paperwork, logged into the zoom meeting early, then sat there waiting probably an hour for the doctor WHO WAS A NO-SHOW!!!! Fortunately while waiting, he took a screenshot of his computer showing him logged to the zoom meeting with the date & time, and emailed it to customer service requesting info re: what went wrong. While he was doing that, the doctor had immediately billed our credit card $30 saying my husband had no-showed!!!! (Hence my assessment of TWC having lied about the purpose of providing our credit card #...this was NOT the reason they gave!!). My husband had to place the umpteenth call to TWC customer service who was disappointingly noncommittal about how or even IF they would rectify this, and in fact I think even then they tried again to make my husband go back to the dr. directly for resolution. Rather than immediately refunding our $30 (remember, they had the screenshot proving that my husband was not a no-show), they hemmed & hawed and dragged their heels for several days, then finally refunded the charge. That doctor shouldn't have charged the patient directly even if the patient was a no-show...again, customers pay for membership with TWC, not with individual doctors' offices, and TWC contracts with the doctors and is responsible for paying them for their time, even for no-shows I would think. That doctor should have been getting paid by TWC. Here's the kicker: having received zero info from TWC on why the dr. no-showed, we can only conclude that he's a jerk and we can't work with him. BUT, he's the only dr. TWC has in our state for that service, so we can't even receive the main service we paid $2000 for our membership for. And btw, forget about even being able to understand the customer svc reps. It seemed like every one of them had a strong foreign accent, and all different ones as if our calls were being sent hither & yon around the globe. Where are these people, anyway?

Absolutely HORRIBLE scam company
Absolutely HORRIBLE scam company. Never received the product order. The customer ‘service’ department is an ENDLESS loop of AI generated replies designed to make you give up on any dispute. The only resolution came by canceling the payment and reporting the company as a fraudulent charge. Buyer beware!!!!

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. I tried to order Ivermectin and an emergency kit. Cost almost $800. I waited for more than a month and they still never shipped anything or contacted me. I made multiple attempts to find out what was going on. After more than a month with no answer, I said REFUND my order. They told me they would but wanted to take $50.00 as a processing fee. Horrible company. I ordered the same thing from JASE and it came in a few days.

SHAME ON YOU
I've written a review and will continue to do so until this wrong is made right. Dr Drew, I already lost all respect I once had for you & now I see you are "The Chief Patient Officer", I'm really pissed off. You make me sick. If that's your title, then you are fully aware of of your company policies.
I've been DENIED POSSIBLE LIFE SAVING MEDICINE, as I have lung cancer. By someone whom I trust & it helped her tremendously IVERMECTIN AND (other med begins with an M my husband and I don't have much but we're ready to pay TWC almost $600.00 for 90 tablets & my husband was willing to work double shifts @ 63yr old to continue to order if needed.
BUT because of our financial choice to not have credit card debt TWC REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO ORDER. I HUMILIATED MYSELF BEGGING PLEASE, OUR BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD COLD HARD CASH, OUR SAFE COLD HARD CASH. I BEGGED, "PLEASE I'LL GIVE OUR CHECK ROUTING NUMBER, I'LL SEND A CHECK, A CASHIER'S CHECK PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO DIE." "So soddy maum credit or pee-pol" YOU MEAN PAYPAL? You really should save the people who don't speak English FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH.
You disgust me. I'll never again trust a word that comes out of your mouth DREW, and the other old woman & man? Don't know 'em don't trust 'em. But I did past tense trust you. Silly me. I'll post this every day until your greedy SHAME ON YOU SELVES DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT
