Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you were uncomfortable with the prescribed treatment plan. As stated on our website, orders may be canceled at any time before the medical intake form is submitted. Once the intake form has been completed and submitted for provider review, cancellations are no longer possible. Our policy also notes that a $50 processing fee may apply if a customer declines to speak with the provider or otherwise interrupts the prescription review process.
