TV lifts are a difficult buying experience -- especially online. My first email contact, about six months ago, was with Rob and I was surprised not only by the immediacy of his response but the "conversation" we had about every aspect of what I wanted (especially the size of the lift necessary to have the smallest footprint and still be a movable piece of furniture). I saved our chat and, with the last couple of weeks, revisited the site. We decided on the Chatham (a coffee color) for the bedroom. In scheduling the delivery, I spoke with Claire and it was like "old home" week. These folks are really committed to assuring a quality buying experience of a superior product. It arrived two days ago and from the genteel, professional deliverymen to the beauty/fine craftsmanship of the product itself, I can find no negatives about my experience. I am forever a fan . . . and now need a piece for the living room!!

I was very hesitant to buy something like this online without being able to "see" what I was ordering. It took me over a year to decide. I kept looking at different sites and stores hoping I would find something I liked which never happened. I knew I wanted a lift so finally ordered after speaking with them and receiving several samples. It came sooner than estimated and the delivery and set up was great. The cabinet itself is beautiful, a really nice piece of furniture to go in any room. I am very happy, just sorry it took me so long to actually order!

The TV lift chest is stunning! It works great. Installation was very easy and the delivery quite fast and very good!! We truly love this piece!

Being a cautious online purchaser, I was hesitant to make such a large purchase online, sight unseen and from a company I had not done business with before. But I did it, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The cabinet I purchased was just as described, the construction is excellent and the mechanism works quietly and perfectly. I have recently purchased a house that only has one room where my 55" TV could go and I didn't like how it detracted from the ambiance of the room when not in use. With my purchase of the lift cabiinet, that issue is now pleasantly resolved. I would recommend the product and company to anyone. As for the shipment and delivery, I was grateful to be able to track the shipment and the company the delivered the cabinet was fabulous. The team was on time, very professional, executed the work process precisely and cleaned everything up in a matter of minutes. They even aided me (as a senior) by moving my TV so I could remove the stand easily. I later had a friend help with the installation which went just as the instruction manual illustrated. Great experience all the way around.

I have been visiting furniture stores for the perfect lift cabinet for many years. Nothing suited my fancy until I did a web search and found TV Lift Cabinet. I was skeptical about ordering such a large piece of furniture on line, sight unseen, but I decided to give it a shot. The cabinet was exactly what I was looking for and the color looked like it would match perfectly with my other cherry furniture. The cabinet arrived on time and was delivered by a very respectful trucking company. I was in awe when the cabinet was unboxed. It truly was a beautiful piece of furniture. The web pictures did not do it justice. I \purchased the White Glove treatment for setting up the TV and that contractor was exceptional as well. Finally, after all these years I have a big screen TV that I do not have to look at when not in use. This experience truly exceeded my expectations. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I debated whether to purchase from TVliftcabinet or another company whos unit was much cheaper. The problem was it looked much cheaper. After receiving this cabinet I know I made the correct decision. It is very well made and looks fantastic. I purchased the leather chest as it looks great with my bedroom furniture. It is so rare these days to have something ordered arrive in good condition without any issues, that is why I am writing this review. Customer service was excellent! I cannot comment how over the moon I am with my cabinet. I detest the look of a tv when not being used and this is an up to date and beautiful alternative to a huge armoire. It looked even more beautiful in person than it did online and fits into my living room perfectly. The service was great and the packaging job on the unit top notch. The shipping company had to roll it up 3 flights of stairs and there was no damage due to the impeccable packaging. It's always scary buying something online, especially a piece of furniture...this was a great experience from beginning to end.

Happy as a bird-dog with my new TVLift. Aesthetically, it matches my night stands, pulling the whole room together. For pure decadence, my TV, computer, and sound system are all connected to it -- the touch of a button at my bedside; I couldn’t be happier. The service was terrific, but I must single Marisa out as an incredibly helpful, thoughtful and kind woman. Buying a major piece on-line is always a little scary, but this transaction was well worth the cost and momentary worries.
