If you call early, the company owner will likely personally answer the phone. He has great pride in his company and products and will gladly give you the history of both. He and TVliftcabinet are very easy to do business with. When we lost a remote, I called, he was very helpful and explained how to pair the replacement I ordered. The replacement was DOA and they took care of replacing that one immediately at no charge. Since then we have not had any problems. The TV lift cabinet itself is great. We got the Bermuda one. It came fully assembled, the delivery men put it where I wanted and took the packaging with them and I was able to install my 46" TV on it by myself in about 15 minutes. I have yet to have any issues with it and gladly recommend TVliftcabinet products to anyone.
