The lift works flawlessly and solved the common problem of where do I put a large TV.

TV Lift Cabinet is such a wonderful invention. It adds a beautiful piece to our living area without having our television displayed all the time in our room. It is easy and convenient to use whenever we want to watch tv and is used as a beautiful piece of furniture when we are not using the television. We are so glad we ordered this cabinet and would recommend it to others.

The best money I have ever spent. I have purchased two cabinets from TVLift. The value and enjoyment that has been added to my home is priceless. Not to have the interruption of a TV, electronic boxes and wires to an otherwise peaceful, well decorated and designed area must be experienced to fully appreciate. The craftsmanship of the furniture is unmatched. My enjoyment alone is enough to justify the purchase, an added bonus is watching my guest eyes open wide when I touch the remote.

Greetings, we are loving our Banyan style lift. We had a great experience picking the lift and ordering was really easy. And shipping to the contracted delivery site was all on time 72 miles away in Sparks Nevada. Communication was great. It took the contracted site 3 extra weeks to deliver, several phone calls to them they kept putting us off. My huband and I discussed that contracted delivery company was paid to deliver to us whether they had one item or several we should have had it by the day TV Lift said we would. Soooo we call TV Lift, on a Friday mid morning and explain the problem with O'Brians Delivery. TV Lift saw that it was delivered to O'Brians, but did not know that we had not taken delivery of Lift. The young lady that I spoke with was so kind and helpful, and even experience the frustration of talking to the delivery company. The young lady suggested that I shoot her an email with all the events and she would forward to her boss, so I did. Within about three hours, I got a call from the delivery company stating that they would be out on Monday morning with my Lift....they had been really snarky in previous conversations, but this call was so sweet...they tried to have me believe that TV Lift had spoken to the wrong person and that it had been slated for the Monday delivery all along...well I do not believe that, they should have told me that when I call them first before I called TV Lift. Both myself and the wonderful young lady who helped me at TV Lift spoke to the same lady at O'Brians named Christa. Whom ever the powers to be that resovled this for us, I would love to thank you personally, and I know it was TV Lift that went to bat for us....I hope that someday those people will email me and tell me "The Rest of the Story" and I hope that if O'Brians is still contracted with TV Lift they learned a lesson in customer service. I can understand a company holding goods for out of area delivery to cut down trips, and I was told by this company that they would only delay by a week...so at 3.5 weeks, I felt that it was bad customer service, and they never called me ever during that whole circus, until I got mad and had to call TV Lift.

Very nice product, competitive price great support , everithing they discribe,.

I was looking for a piece of nice furniture to conceal TV. This did the trick. Delivery and installation went as planned and pleased with performance.

The lift cabinet is well made and looks fantastic. No problems with installing the television into the unit. The lift works perfectly. I would recommend it to my best friend.

We have had two football party's and everyone loves the cabinet and the lift. Very impressed with the design and construction. the Lift works great. Just need to give an option for casters on the cabinet.
