Site is easy to use and promotions are plentiful. Races are clear to view. The site goes to a blue screen on my phone often. Video feeds of races freeze or won’t pull up often. Some tracks aren’t offered. Wager rewards are tight to earn.

You guys are great at TVG! I have been a customer since 1985 during the Canterbury Days and you are the best. Keep up the great work and have a fabulous breeder cup.

Have been impressed with the efficient process of withdrawals and deposits. Also like the various promotions offered. Would like to see racing form correlated to the entries listing. (if you are looking at entries of a specific race and would switch to the racing form, it would automatically takes you to that race in the racing form)

TVG works in giving the horseplayer an avenue of enjoying the horses and the gambling related to that benefit. They do still have issues they need to work out to make TVG a worthwhile experience for the fan and bettor. One experience of not relaying information for the horseplayer of equipment changes, jockey changes, and track surface changes that occur after the racing card has been constructed. They also limit on the betting side the bettor to 10 ACH deposits on a daily basis. The amount deposited is irrelevant rather the number of times the ACH deposit is requested. Eventually TVG will get it right!

It’s annoying that money moved into my TVG account is immediately available for betting, but is NOT immediately available to be moved out of my TVG account - you keep the money for 5 business days for exactly what reason?

Tvg is probably the worst horse racing site on the market today. None of their “handicappers” are consistently good over time and have no accountability on their picks. Would recommend this site to an enemy I would want to see lose money.
