I enjoy this website
I enjoy this website, especially when I hit a winner! Easy to use. Plenty of free info to help make your selections. In addition, you can quickly add or withdraw funds.

The Customer Service Reps need Training…
The Customer Service Reps need Training on Rules and Wager regulations. Spent over an hour on the phone with them and they couldn't answer several questions about tax exemptions and multiple bet payouts. Had to go on Twitter and got answer from Horse Community.

Cristobal, We're sorry your questions were not answered well enough at the time you had them. TVG strives for a positive experience and our customer service training includes this outlook. Since we don't have any context to the nature of your questions at this time we will suggest using our support site at the URL below in the future. As for any tax advice we usually would advise to contact a tax professional as our customer service agents are not to be considered advisors in tax requirements, though they do have access to some very basic information. Anyways thanks again for your review, and we know we will do better in the future with any questions you may have. TVG Support Site:: https://support.tvg.com/
