The Tuttio ICT is such a fun bike. Lots of power, good suspension and has pedals with crank to let it be legal in my state. Definitely recommend getting one.

MIKONOS, The video you requested is now provided — in fact, I have included two videos. They clearly show the Adria26 battery shutting down immediately under load when both motors are engaged in PAS 2, and at a charge level higher than 50%. This confirms the defect I have been reporting for over a month: a sudden cutoff at mid charge consistent with a BMS or cell group failure. This defect was reported within the warranty period, and the warranty remains fully in force regardless of the cost of the component. Warranty obligations do not change because a part is “high cost,” nor do they expire because the company delays the process. I live in New York City and intentionally recreating a sudden power loss event is unsafe. I have now met your requirement in the safest manner possible. There is no further justification for delay. Please proceed with the immediate shipment of the replacement battery at no cost to me, as required under the warranty. Include the RMA materials and prepaid return label so your technical team can test the defective unit directly under controlled conditions. If this is not resolved promptly, my next correspondence will be through my attorney. I would prefer to avoid that step, but I will not accept further delays or repeated requests for information that has already been provided. Even though you got the videos you demanded to fullfill the warranty I've not received any reply from you or Tuttiosport. Why? Here is the link to everything you have requested Adria26

The tuttio team was quick to respond to my emails for help with my son’s bike. They sent me demonstration videos to show me how to check different parts of the bike so they could pinpoint the problem and send me the correct parts. Highly recommend these bikes and their customer service team.

Great experience with Tuittio support. I reached out about an issue with my Soleil e-bike, and they responded quickly and clearly. They identified the problem based on the videos I sent and are sending a replacement part free of charge under warranty. Really appreciate the fast response time and how easy they made the whole process.
