We had an issue with a headlight
We had an issue with a headlight not working. They responded and replaced the light quickly.

My son’s Tuttio had some stuff going on…
My son’s Tuttio had some stuff going on and Customer service has been fantastic in diagnosing the issue. Overall this is a great bike!

Amazing product and fast delivery

I have needed to reach out to Tuttio 3…
I have needed to reach out to Tuttio 3 times now in regards to my son’s bike. Each time was a different issue that needed to be fixed. Each time, they reached back out quickly and were very helpful in sending me the parts that we needed to fix the problem. I appreciate their customer service.

I ordered the wrong color forks
I ordered the wrong color forks. Customer service was really punctual and double checked the order. I guess I did mess up but they sent me a paint marker to color the forks. Thanks for trying on my mess up.
