I had a great experience with Tuttio Bike Shop. They are a great company, very easy to work with, and their customer service is excellent. I recently lost my bike ignition key, and they were extremely helpful in assisting me with getting a replacement. They made the process simple and stress-free. It’s clear that they really care about their customers and stand behind their products. Great bike!
My son has the tuttio soleil and is absolutely obsessed with it! Its a great bike for around the neighborhood! Customer service is great to work with at resolving any issues that have come up!

The company is very easy to Correspond with. The bikes are really fun and enjoyable. We have a soleil and an arc 1. Both are good quality and when purchased together, was a better deal!

Great quality
The quality on the tuttio bikes is amazing, I have had mine for a year and it still runs perfectly fine. The delivery was really fast and the customer service is great.

Very reliable e bike
I have had the Tuttio Soleil 01 for almost year now and it is a very reliable and fast bike made with quality parts. I had a problem with my motor recently so I reached out to the Tuttio tech team about my problem with my motor and they fixed the problem very quickly. I really enjoy riding this bike and I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for an e bike.

Very pleased with customer service.
Hi, my name is Denny, I was having an issue with my front motor not working after a 1000 miles on my Tuttio Adria 26. I emailed customer support with the issue, they got back with me the very next morning, they had me run the motor through a few test, and determined that the controller was bad. They have sent me a new controller and front motor switch, within three days of emailing and performing test on the bike. I could not be more satisfied with the customer support with Tuttio. Thanks again to the team at Tuttio customer support.
