Manipulative Marketing
I made a huge mistake purchasing their latex mattress. They give you 60 days to try it out "risk-free" but what they fail to tell you is that you are actually taking substantial risk because YOU have to pay to ship it back if it doesn't work out. The mattress was way too firm for me and caused many sleepless nights so I had to return it. Not only is it physically exhausting getting the mattress layers back into boxes, but I had to pay over $300 to ship it back. And good luck trying to talk to a live person on their end. This experience was an absolute nightmare.

This customer has bought from us a topper and returned. Like many other brands, we only allow one free trial of topper or mattress per year per customer. But we allowed him to return the mattress as a customer courtesy. Customer spent at 4-5 in chat asking many questions before buying which is fine and he was very clear with the return policy. We even offered some store credit for some of his return shipping charges. We try our best to make our customers happy but we understand that it is not easy to do that 100% to all the customers. This review is unfair but please know that we always try our best and resolve matters in a fair way for both parties.
