States the products made in USA but were made in Paraguay. Shame on you.

This place is a scam. Website stated the topper shipped the same day. I received an email at 3am that they were out of stock and requested someone call me. I received an email response stating they received a shipment and expected to ship at the end of that week or beginning of the next week. I emailed them at the end of the following week as I had not received any word and then they told me they were out. Checked my payment method and they had already charged me!! You should not be charged until an item ships! Requested a cancellation and immediate refund and feel lucky that it was processed. BUYER BEWARE

You guys just don’t know the truth about this company. I worked there for 5 months. The owner is nothing but about money. They don’t care about the employees. Offering no health insurance. I got sick and missed a few days and didn’t ask if I was ok or anything. Said my doctors note was incomplete. They will send you the wrong firmness if you threaten to cancel your order. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Do yourself a favor and don’t deal with these people, they will cheat you if you let them!!!!!

I ordered the disposable masks. They arrived in a dark green plastic mailer. Inside was a smashed carton with the sides open. Inside that lay a bunch of unsealed masks dumped together and smashed as though I am really going to put this unsanitary item on my face. I have never seen such a trashy display of masks sent as this one is- like buying a Milkway Bar without the wrapper sealing it. Do not care where they were made - they are unhygienic as though from third world ! .

Be 100% sure you will not be returning the merchandise. I purchased 4 latex pillows and I am returning 3 of the 4 (2- standard and 1-Q). There are hoops to go through to finally get an address for returns and CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING. I was quoted $79 by the post office and $90 by UPS to return the package. None of this is clear on their website. I am beyond frustrated and sadly will not refer anyone to this company even though I was excited about the certifications they have for their latex products.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered this product 5 weeks ago and have not received. There was no email confirmation and still have not received confirmation of product being sent out. I wrote an email and didn’t get an answer for 4 days. When I did I was told at week 4 that my shipment is coming in and would be sent out as priority. It has now been 2 more weeks since that email and have gotten nothing. Don’t order from this company

BUYER BEWARE!!! Turmerry policy on shipping and returns is purposefully deceiving. I was informed THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. Turmerry will not compromise on this regardless of stated policy on their website of "free shipping AND exchange". They appear to defend themselves at all cost and have little regard for the consumer, needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Beware of Turmerrys customer service! I recently posted a one star review of my really bad experience with their customer service - and I did try to resolve it with them before posting the review unsuccessfully. Turmerry replied by diminishing my experience and again denying any responsibilitu. Just to clarify : 1 I did shop extensively for a cheapest way to send back the very heavy buckwheat pillow $ 43.00 was the cheapest I found 2.I re-read again their return policy on their website right now -it DOES NOT state on the return page that returns are on you Instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue -and my last email to them re: this went unanswered - they are trying to discredit or diminish my experience There is no transparency in the way they describe returns I stand by my opinion of Turmerry and their customer service Thank you!
