Update- I'm amending my review as the company did reach out and contact me. They did stand behind their product in the end. I just wish it didn't take a negative review for that to happen. I would give them a second chance because of this. Hopefully they will ensure the customer service team is all on the same page going forward. Original 1 star review- I rarely write reviews and if I do, they're positive. Unfortunately I'm very unhappy with this company and don't feel they stand behind their products. We purchased a 'soft' king size topper. Initially it worked well, we were comfortable. Over time however (within a few months) the topper became more and more uncomfortable - it continued to break down to the point we removed it from the bed and were instantly more comfortable than we had been with the topper. During this time we also had a family tragedy that put all other things on the back burner. Of course we were beyond the trial period, so I wrote to the company and explained our situation, also explaining that had we known the topper would continue to 'soften' we would have immediately exchanged it for a firmer one. The response from the company was an offer of 15% off a new purchase. After spending almost $200 on a useless topper (that is collecting dust under our bed) why would we give this company more of our money when they don't stand behind their products? Very disappointed in their customer service and their product. I would not recommend this company at all.

I gave four stars instead of five because during the holidays they are very busy and you must have patience as you wait for your item. Overall, this company and their product are FIVE stars!

The shopping , order process, website and product are great. I was so pleased that the mattress topper fit exact to my California King mattress. I was very happy to place this order and support this company. I look forward to many years with the pillows and mattress topper. I loved how all the items came already in soft cotton covers and everything was packed with care. I will refer people to this site.

This mattress topper made my hip pain disappear!! We recently bought a wonderful mattress from Saatva, but post-hysterectomy, it was not enough. I heard tell that a mattress topper might be the key to alleviating my pain, so after researching, I decided to go with a Turmerry 2”, medium squish, topper. I will agree with the other bad customer service reviews. I did get an order confirmation email, and then crickets for weeks… I emailed, and still crickets… I decided after going in and reading more reviews about how wonderful the product was, to stick it out and try to get my topper instead of fighting for a refund. I emailed one more time and finally got a response. I had my topper the next day. I’m glad I stuck it out, for sure, but Turmerry does need to up their communication game. Get it together, Turmerry! Your customers’ positive experiences will lead to more customers!! 🤑

Great service, Topper was softer than what i thought, but worked out great!

Husband and I rate the new mattress with 4.5 and both agree it should work into a 5 star purchase. We are getting used to this style from what he had, a conventional mattress. We were very happy the way it arrived and we could put the king size pieces up the stairs and build it. We are both sensitive to out gassing and found this totally acceptable. We like it firm but soft is nice so we are working it out on medium.

This topper has made such a difference! I had years of unexplained hip pain (X-ray was OK) that I did not associate with my old too-soft memory foam topper and I am thrilled to find it is completely gone since I switched to this latex topper. Fibromyalgia gives me a "princess and the pea" existence and even though this is just a touch too firm, it is SO much better all around. Doesn't make me too hot or cold and I really appreciate that it comes with a cover. No odor on unpacking or later either.
