Timely delivery and a great product

As a company, you guys did great. You were responsive to emails and even sent me a discount code! I bought the Turfmatic 600 for my large back yard that has a lot of turf. I found that the design of the Turfmatic could use some improvements. For example, the front side (the does not extend down low enough which causes a LOT of debris to get "kicked" out to the front. I'd say about 60% kicks to the back, like it's supposed to. The rest gets shot out to the front and even the sides. I was constantly battling against myself and my efforts, going back and forth over the same 2-3 feet at a time to get my turf clean. It was a lot of exausting work. To combat this, I cut out a piece of cardboard and duct taped it to the front. I cut the cardboard so it would hang down the front side to about 1/2 inch above the turf as I used the machine. This DRASTICALLY stopped the debris from being kicked out the front. I also cut side pieces in the same fashion and attached them in the same manner. Without the cardboard attachments I made, I would not recommend this product. However, with some scrap cardboard attached with duct tape, it worked very well and I would recommend it. I recommend the manufacturer re-engineer this tool and add metal front and side "flaps" attached with hinges. If the manufacturer did this, then the machine would be quite efficient.

This product does not work. Yes, it sort of vacuums debris but it also sucks up all the crumb rubber which then means I have to dump out the bag to get the crumb rubber integrated back into the turf. It does not "fluff" the grass as advertised either. I'm very disappointed with this product and plan to return it.

The machine worked for 5 minutes and then stopped. We cannot get it working again. Tried the support number and the recorded messages was that the only support was via email. Hopefully they will get back to us to troubleshoot the machine.

Shipment went out FedEx. I paid for the expedited service, but the delivery was still delayed about 4-5 days.

This is the third product I have tried to keep my artificial turf clean. Finally I found something that works and is easy to use! I would have given it 5 stars, but apparently the turf height settings are not quite right for my turf. If I set it at the highest level, it works well enough, but setting it one notch ;lower works better. But this can overheat the motor and cause it stop. Then I have to wait for it to reset before I continue. But that is a very small inconvenience compared to how well and easy it works otherwise.

The turfmatic 380 is amazing machine my turf was not cleaned in 3 years. It looked dirty and dull and flat. After using the turfmatic it left like new!

Product is a good size, works well for what I need at the moment. I have roughly 1500 sq ft of turf but not all of it is used heavily. Only downside so far is the collection basket seems to drop the acorns and leaves pretty easily when trying to remove it. Overall, worth the investment.
