Never arrived due to costum trouble. I ordered with the European shop, didn't know that they send from the UK.

I am trying to purchase the following two products from your website: Turfmatic™ 600 Power Broom – Electric Artificial Grass Brush Turfmatic™ 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 1800W Electric Unfortunately, I have tried several times to complete the payment through your website, but the payment is not going through. I have also tried contacting the phone number provided on your website, but no one is answering or providing any assistance. I am genuinely interested in purchasing these two products, but I am disappointed with the level of support before the sale. If it is this difficult to receive assistance before making a purchase, it naturally raises concerns about the after-sales service as well. Please contact me as soon as possible and advise me on how I can complete the purchase, or let me know if you have a physical store or another payment method available in Dubai/UAE. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Product didn’t arrive tried every method of communication no response. They still have our money I would not touch this company It’s in my husbands name and we have sent the information through five channels order number gb-2136 ordered 2nd may. I have been calling numerous times and sending emails to ask questions about the products prior to purchasing. It's been over 3 weeks now with NO communication either by phone or by email. How can I purchase their product if I can't reach them and they don't get back in touch with the customer. What good is a warranty if you can't contact them?

The repair kit didn’t include the parts it should/stated it did. Emails and phone calls ignored to request the missing parts. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. Shocking customer service.

I bought a 380 machine less than a year ago from Turfmatic EU in The Netherlands. I used it once a month for a small backyard. Last week the motor blew up. I tried to get in contact, but they're not replying, and the other email address on the website is not receiving emails. I'm very dissatisfied with the (not) service.
