TURBROReviews of turbro.com

First the electric fireplace is beautiful and effectively heats the room. However what really sets TURBRO apart is their customer service! The first unit we received had an issue, but instead of going back and forth when I called, TURBRO immediately sent a replacement unit which works perfectly. This company truly stands behind their product!

I installed a 12000 btu Greenland and 1 year + later there was no heat no ac and no code. Called Turbro and Sky walked me through all the information and ordered a replacement unit. Turbro backed their product and are a true AAA company.

Not many companies have great customer service but this company is amazing. Prompt email responses and corrected my issue quickly. Definitely an A+ company.

12000 Btu 115 volt Turbro Finnmark 20 seer. Looking at many youtube videos, I decided to go with Turbro Brand, 5 Year Warranty and a Phone Number for Support. I had it installed and was amazed at the thermostat turned up to 90 degrees in heat mode and it was putting out 133 degrees on the indoor head unit, cut the thermostat down to 60 on the cool mode and it was putting out 46 degrees.

I purchased a mini split system a few months ago and unfortunately my ac inverter was faulty. I reached out to support regarding the warranty and within a few days they shipped me a brand new outdoor inverter unit, free of cost. You can rest assured that this is a company that honors its warranty on their products.
