We love the Turbro fireplace logs. It really gave our living room a cozy feel during the holidays and great that it also has a heating feature. Our Tennessee weather can be cold or warm (in the 70s!) during the fall & winter so it's nice to have a fireplace when it's actually warm. Our remote did not work when we received this product but they replaced it immediately. Very good customer service.

Extremely quiet. Not quite sure about amount of total heat emitted compared to a comparable radiant heater that this replaced. Unfortunate that must have direct plug into socket as hard to find a wall socket convenient to heater with a short cord.

I like the look and the heat is real fast and nice to have.

TURBRO makes a fine product. Unfortunately the fireplace unit they sent to me did not work properly. After several efforts on their part to get it working properly, they replaced it at no cost to me, including free shipping. I am happy to recommend TURBRO to others. Frederick Coggin
